Alright sorry, off Black Ops now lol. I'd agree on the Hashirama not having it if not for Kishi basically keeping all of his powers a secret from us, seems like he's doing it for a special surprise or something so who knows, he could have it and could not have it, we'll have to wait and see. As for the MS abilities, I don't really think his current space-time is anything related to MS, because I'm pretty sure it's shown his eye when he does it sometimes and it's still a normal sharingan, seems like it's just a move he may have gotten somewhere down the line, who knows it could be a move he learned when obtaining Hashirama's cells. I think he had EMS up until the first time he tested out Izanagi and then ultimately realized he can no longer have EMS after destroying the eyes that made it possible, as for the MS, maybe Izanagi has an effect on that as well.

we did see a fight in Naruto part I where Hashirama and his brother fought Sarutobi and i didnt see any space time ninjutsu...(just my two cents)

I honestly think if the battle was to happen naruto would be killed but bought back somehow wit a jutsu killer bee would have tried to protect naruto and got killed in the process naruto would under go some special training again and defeat Nagato and Itachi

and if thats not the case lets remember that Itachi would have been bought back from the dead by Kabuto in order for that fight to happen so think would they even be at there full strength sure if the creator / writter of the manga was to draw them with all there abilities naruto and Killer Bee defiantly Killer bee would have already went through some special training and supassed them and KIller bee already has one advantage against Itachi because his genjutsu wont work against KIller bee and naruto will be able to wipe out Nagato ( let the fact still be known that Nagato was indeed trying to capture naruto alive and couldnt use his full power or naruto would and he did wipe out the entire leaf village and bring everyone back to life he's probaly couldve beat Madara if he wanted to) because he got stronger so NARUTO AND KILLER BEE WOULD WIN
