I think that Killer B has a faster attack speed than Minato. Before people get crazy let me explain what I mean. This may seem a bit patronizing to some but I want to clear some things up so I'm not flamed.
Movement speed: This is what Minato's fastest in the manga for. How fast a person can move.
Attack speed: How fast a person can attack
You may say these are the same thing but just because a person can move fast doesn't mean he can attack fast. Attack speed is determined by the speed the user can attack with consecutive attacks. As we have seen Killer B can chain consecutive attacks at a great speed and being able to attack with 7 different blades from 7 different angles shows that.
Look at the amount of attacks Killer B managed to pull off in a few seconds.
Killer B stalemating with Minato.
Minato may be able to teleport all over the area but he can't attack while he is teleporting which is one of the main flaws of FTG. If he could then he would be insane. He could also attack faster than Minato since Minato's fighting style relies on him finishing the opponent as quick as possible with one attack. Killer B can attack with 7 swords and Minato can only attack with one Kunai. Minato may be able to FTG in less than a second but it will take him longer to actually lift his kunai, position it at the opponents body and slash it towards the opponents body. Minato would be able to get to the opponent faster and land his first hit faster but he won't be able to continue his attacks at that speed. Killer B's attacks maintain the same speed or get faster. This is probably the reason why Minato relies on one hit to kill his opponent.
I'm not saying that Killer B can move faster than Minato just attack faster than him
So do you agree and if not why ?
