Both are long distance fighters, Kidomaru works w/ Orochimaru who has intel and with Iron Sand it's a possible stomp. I think it's a fair/logical scenario

He has multiple webs, that vary in size. Two large webs block direct contact, he'll shot smaller webs on those that may slip thru. Also, his summoning has countless spiders that spread a less effective web.

Well of course he shoots them individually, but fast enough that they appear to simultaneously. One large web spat out in front is enough to provide an initial shield.

Upon contact, the spiders attach their web, as shown against Neji. So, using 1,000 hands would be hindered useless.

This actually isn't a low diff fight, since iron sand is restricted and Sticky Gold Armour can protect against piercing attacks, preventing him from being poisoned. Nevertheless, sasori wins since he can burn down webs with his flamethrowers and poison kidomaru with his poison gas cloud.
