Kid sasuke was known for his speed while kid kakashi wasit he was noted to be fast with chidori this his only good attack sasuke taijutsu is above him also sasuke has 3 tomoe witch is more sharper then his to tomoe sharingan in one eye sasuke might have the speed advantage as well if not i doubt he is a quick as 1 tailed naruto who sasuke could keep up with

weightless rock lee speed was required for chidori. sasuke can't maintain speeds like that for long periods of time but kakashi's only problem at those speeds were reacting( fixed with sharingan)
