Kid sasuke was known for his speed while kid kakashi wasit he was noted to be fast with chidori this his only good attack sasuke taijutsu is above him also sasuke has 3 tomoe witch is more sharper then his to tomoe sharingan in one eye sasuke might have the speed advantage as well if not i doubt he is a quick as 1 tailed naruto who sasuke could keep up with

You're forgetting experience. Also, Kakashi was able to become a Jounin at such a young age, in a VERY difficult generation, full of incredibly talented individuals. Gai, other Uchiha, Hyug, etc. Assume was nowhere near becoming a Jounin as a kid. Obviusly, he is easily kage leave now, but Kakashi age 13 beats Sasuke age 13. Sasuke was barely able to survive fights with chuunin level. Sure, he surprised Zabuza, but he was nowhere near jonin level.

And the curse seal was not in any chance Sasuke true power and he only manage to control it with help of others in the last chapters of Naruto.I don't count that as his base power as I don't count sharingan in Kakashi's base power
