Sasuke managed to keep up with Haku in 2T. That is to say, wasn't blitzed to all hell and God almighty. And Haku was holding back. Only Jutsu that can really harm Haku is Chidori, and that's if Kakashi is even able to form it.

Naruto was fighting bijuu before vote, sasuke hanging with naruto and gaara was able to fight and win against kimmimaro who is on par with konoha elite jounin.

If Kid Kakashi doesn't have sharingan, he's gonna get blitzed in all of his vitals. The only reason Sasuke was able to start tracking his movements was because haku already exausted too much chakra and time avoiding vitals.
