neways, how do we ninja utilize ninjutsu... where does it come from and what type of things are accomplished by using ninjutsu..?

Ninjutsu is basically techniques that we ninja use to attack the enemy. It requires chakra and usually handsigns. We ninja use ninjustu to harm or confuse our enemies. We can use shape manipulation to make the ninja technique into any shape we please.

that's partially correct.
Ninjutsu usually are techniques that have no elemental affinity. Once you add your elemental chakra to it, it becomes Elemental ninjutsu. but the ninjutasu im going to teach you both are some of the most basic techniques used by ninja.
