i mean yea kiba isnt anything special, but hes still pretty good. akamaru and his cloning techniques and such are pretty good. but yes there is better.

I agree he has never really wowed me either I wouldn't say he is super lame but he's not that cool plus him putting naruto down in their fight, really shows how messed up he is to me (this is my opinion all you kiba fans out there keep rockin!!
