Omoi might be stronger close distance, but assuming the only raiton he knows is infusing his sword with it, kiba could get him with double headed wolf, and after dynamic marking (lol) Omoi couldn't dodge it. It'd kill him instantly. And actually Omoi didn't beat Sasori or Deidara, he just helped SUBDUE and CAPTURE them. If they were at full power, I don't know if the alliance would have won that fight.
