Neji is also faster. Neji's Speed is on par with Pre-EMS Sasuke. The only reason Sasuke is much better in a battle of speed is due to Sharingan Pre-cog and Sasuke's much higher level of skill in Shunshin

I'm a bit confused as to why OP thinks that Kiba's double headed wolf is like some Godly technique like ultimate Susanno or something... If it's so awesome, then why doesn't he use it more often? You could say he thinks it's too powerful against who he's fighting, but he's fought some pretty powerful enemies and hasn't used it since Sakon.
