Basic Information
Name: Keyaki Hyuga
Nickname: Keyaki-kun| Key-Boy| That kid :|| Akira's Boy
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Clan: Amidamaru ~Pending

Personality:
Keyaki is fun-loving, somewhat naive, and adventurous. What else is more to say? Keyaki is an incredibly charismatic, cheerful and friendly adolescent with everyone around him. He bears no ill will towards anyone, but only a momentary dislike towards that object or human. He possesses a deep respect for life and freedom, refuses to even eat meat but subjects to having to feed on fruits and vegetables to quench his hunger, and is always reluctant to fight unless in the name of his father and reputation for the Amidamaru/Hyuga Clan. Therefore, it would only seem perfect that a very noticeable trait of Keyaki is his fondness for the beauty of nature. That exact same fondness which occasionally drives him to throwing his own physical and even mental wellbeing in danger; just to protect it. All these traits have allowed Keyaki, himself, to dub his person as a natural pacifist. And, this choice to employ frustration rather than violence against anyone influences his overall fighting style. To sum everything up, Keyaki is more or less on a journey to define him, seeing that being in the shadow of his father to be too much.

Keyaki's personality is like that of a teen's, especially since he is only seventeen years old, in the sense that he tends to go to the extremes. He can either be extremely selfish or extraordinarily selfless, going so far as to virtually sacrificing himself to avenge or protect his friends and family. One trait noticeable on daily interaction basis is his knack to pick at anyone. That very well be his only downfall and outright annoying characteristic he owns. His nerve annoying antics stem from unwittingly poking fun at an individual's most sensitive trait to mocking his opponents by suggesting what they should of done when he manages to evade or defense against an action. While that can be considered goofy and reckless, he gets quite serious when anyone, including himself, is in serious danger. And in most cases, once Keyaki starts to seriously fight he maintains that serious attitude. Thus, only seen laughing once he defeats the enemy or is certain the enemy will be defeated. Regardless of his rude antics during in and outside of battle, he is more perceptive than he seems, and often tells people what they need to hear instead of what they want. Also expecting the same from others because Keyaki himself isn't above admitting that he is not perfect and when incorrect; believing that mistakes and failing are inevitable and people can truly learn from these things.

Ninja Rank: Kage
Specialty: & Your ninjutsu:

Onmyoton: Being the student and son of Akira Kiyoshi, Keyaki has trained his body, mind, and spirit to one day surpass that of his father's. Therefore, he has significantly trained in the areas of Onmyoton and its philosophy, religion, and science. Wanting to separate himself from his father, he has developed a style of combating and ninja way through his practices; Keyaki has managed to become an deadly, taijutsu master leveled, opponent through the use of his Byakugan and Onmyoton techniques.

Kinetic Energy: Keyaki's strongest talent seems to be his Kinetic Energy manipulation. Which is the power to take the potential energy stored in an object and convert it to kinetic energy thus “charging” that item with explosive results. Keyaki's technique and skill far surpasses Akira's as because it was acquired as a natural affinity. However, he prefers to charge smaller objects, such as his ever-present tantos, as the time required to charge them is greatly reduced and they are much easier for him to throw. Keyaki also has access the ability to accelerate or decelerate an object's kinetic energy instead of converting its potential energy.

Fuuinjutsu: Keyaki also specilizes in the use of fuuinjutsu styled techniques. Mastering all of his father's seals, Keyaki is determined to develop his own unique seals. Therefore, he has been for several months fusing both his Onmyoton and Kinetic Energy knowledge to bring forth a new style of combating fuuinjutsu. It has been dubbed as Combat Alchemy.

Taijutsu: Keyaki is also a taijutsu master in his own right. Especially, because he only trained in that form during his academy and half his genin career plus with his Byakugan; he has almost perfected it. Keyaki's speed and prowess surpass those of more experienced ninja. Mixing all his Taoism teachings, Keyaki has developed an advance form of hand to hand combat stumping even the Gentle Fist of the Hyuga. Keyaki has dubbed it Ba Gua Zhang, a style that emphasizes the use of the open hand in preference to the closed fist. Ba Gua Zhang, as a martial art, is based on the theory of continuously changing in response to the situation at hand in order to overcome an opponent with skill rather than brute force.

Background Info.
History:

Before the pregnancy of Keyaki, his bearer was selected influenced by his father's desire to create a flawless personification of his Taoism beliefs. These selective breeding were being conducted to produce a life capable of activating the Byakugan. Afterwards, if a child was selected they would be stripped of "parents" and adopted by the entire Hyuga Clan as guardians to ensure the growth of all aspects: Byakugan and Ba Gua teachings. Even with the clan as parenting figures, Keyaki lacked the traditional family he ever wanted. Usually all successful births would be raised with siblings but from past years, Akira's soldiers had proven to be failures along. Hench, he was actually the only surviving offspring. So, during his toddler years he lived within their manor being spoiled and taught.

When he became old enough, like most children of Shinobi ability, Keyaki was sent to the Ninja academy of Konohagakure. As usual, he was put through a series of basic tests to determine whether or not he had potential to become a Shinobi. As was expected of his family, seeming as these tests were usually nothing but a formality for a Hyuuga, Keyaki passed with flying colors; particularly in terms of his Taijutsu though the tests to determine his possible chakra-control were a little iffy at points. Having entered the Academy, Keyaki went on to continue to work towards advancing himself as a shinobi, once again giving particular focus to his Taijutsu work. After his first year Keyaki had become something of a stand out, an obscurity. His physical work was that equal to a student years older than himself, his ninjutsu was acceptable but the more intricate forms of chakra-work, such as genjutsu were sadly lacking.

By his second year at the Academy, Keyaki had become a well-liked member of his cohort. He had a pretty easy-going nature and found himself to be quiet apt at adapting his person to suit the expectations of whomever he was talking to. Meaning he could present himself to be likable to just about anybody. Thanks to his pseudo-gift, the young Hyuuga was never without friends and general popularity. It was in this year that Nami joined the academy, allowing the friendship between the two to continue to grow and blossom to the point that one summer afternoon they married. It was a simple ceremony in the back corner of the playground. Keyaki used a liquorish ring. Though sadly the love failed to last as shortly after the ceremony, Nami got hungry so a divorce shortly ensued and the ring 'vanished'. For the next several years Keyaki simply rode his life through, convening to the simple routine of academy-work, extra tuition in Taijutsu and other arts from his Clan-Elders once he arrived home and a mix of social activities. When it came the end of his time at the Academy, he graduated successfully with notations of excellence in Taijutsu.

Upon exiting the Academy, Keyaki was put into a Genin squad as the close-quarters expert. They were serving under a man named Roshi. He was, for the most part, an Ijutsu user with a knack for strategy. Also on the team was a Ninjutsu mid-far ranged user named Kuhn and a Genjutsu/Taijutsu user named Hatsu. Together they made a pretty good team, having all of the essentials covered minus a sensor user and a tracker; though they'd be able to more-than handle their own in a fight. For the most part, seeming as it was a time of relative peace in the Land of Fire, the team did simple missions that focused around their training as a unit. It wasn't until a whole year had passed that they finally saw their first taste of real action. They were being requested to body guard a merchant to the border, where another team comprised of higher-level shinobi would then take over. Body guard work was rarely given to Genin's, but seeming as it was inside the country it was deemed to be safe enough.

Everything started simple enough. The team took their well-practiced formation around the man and his caravan and walked for a few hours. Once they were nearing the border, all hell started to break loose. Bandits appeared from no-where, except it was rather clear to see they were abit more than your average sword-slinger. They seemed to use no actual chakra, but their abilities with a blade were unrivaled. Keyaki would later find them out to be Samurai. Roshi took the flanking position with Kuhn, allowing their distance to play the key role in dealing with most of the threats whilst Hatsu, the fastest of the team, was sent to the border to fetch aide from the other Shinobi team waiting to take over the body-guard duty. Being the Taijutsu expert, Keyaki took their charge into his wagon and sealed them inside. Within moments, as was expected, several of the Samurai managed to break their way in to meet the defensive. Keyaki has never actually been in a real fight before, as in the ones where life and death are factors to be considered. Though his training acted for him, the blood lust and will to protect his charge taking over. Keyaki just couldn't pull himself to take the kill, thus left him for the taking. However, the leader of them all ceased all coming attacks and simply placed a hand on top of his hair. The odd man revealed himself, after taking off the mask, that he was indeed Keyaki's father; Akira. Disappointed at Keyaki's current level of skill, he took it upon himself to train the boy thus he disappeared through the forest, along with his men, abandoning Konoha.

Keyaki wasn't at all pissed about the hoax mission, or the situation of being kidnapped by his estranged father. After finally becoming a genin, he got the chance to reunite with his biological father. Therefore, he gladly traveled with him to a disclosed location housing the temple of Bishamon Sarutobi and Akira. He would begin as the lowest ranked member of their temple, and being the earliest members of the temple meant they he was a complete tenderfoots. So, he was taught complex chakra control as well mold. Not to forget, Akira began pouring the knowledge and philosophy Taoism. Through meditating frequently that is. As the chuunin exams arrived, Keyaki was being taught to apply his teachings. Thus, light combat commenced and heavy meditation continued. Nonetheless, he still wasn't able to participate in the exams, so Keyaki requested some sort of ceremonial advancement. Thus, he was banished from the temple and instructed to give up food, drink, and social interaction in order to become one with the universe. Keyaki was to find his own path towards oneness with all things.

Managing to succeed the trial, Keyaki was able to return to the temple as a different and, for the better, changed individual. After the return, his father showed a great sense of pride because of his change in altitude. Not only was keyaki more level headed and insightful, he began showing great interest in the ninja arts as well a craving about its power. Keyaki felt, it was time to embrace this curiously and thus he began training in his first element. The wind and only after that, Keyaki successfully gained chuunin status among the mentors of the temple. He was on the fast track to becoming a very accomplished student: excelling in traps, perception, and amazing wind release techniques and tactics. It had now been three years during this significant events, hence Keyaki was now fifth-teen and about to study among the Hyugas yet again and actually complete the Chuunin exams.

After the events of his Genin years, Keyaki and his team were promptly entered into the Chuunin exams which were bieng held in the forest of death this year. That is right, his team out of respect for Keyaki wanted to graduate together. Hence, the team worked well together, making use of their above-average team-work. Keyaki rose naturally to the role of leader within the three of them, steering them safely to the final rounds. Upon reaching the finals, which was this year simply one vs one battles between two participants; both Keyaki and Hatsu managed to pass and move on to being Chuunins, whilst Kuhn was unfortunately defeated by a Genjutsu user from Sunagakure.

Upon becoming a Chuunin, Keyaki was given his own squad to lead and teach. Through the next two years he'd shown himself around the village to be something of a natural leader, a teacher. He volunteered at both Civilian and Shinobi academies throughout the village. He spent a few hours a day babysitting the younger members of his Clan, both branch and main families and it had eventually been noticed. Now, he was the Chuunin in-charge of a 4-man team; a member of which was Nami, his best friend. The team worked rather well together, being gifted with a crop of particularly bright Genin. They continued to take on fairly basic missions; some body guard work here, errand running there, the occasional inter-village courier until it was finally decided that they were, as Keyaki had not so long ago himself, ready to compete in the Chuunin exams. For the first time in three years, all 3 members of the team progressed, causing Keyaki to look good as a teacher in the process. With his Sensei-abilities proverbially shining bright, the fact that Konohgakure was looking for a new Special-Jounin to run the Shinobi Academy landed Keyaki with a new role to play in the village he loved. He was the Special Jounin in-charge of the Shinobi Academy. It gave him more time to spend around his clan, it allowed him to be closer to the younger members of his family as he was, for the most part, their teacher and it allowed him to pass on the small amount of knowledge he learned from his father to others and most importantly, it was at that time, the best thing he could do to aide his village. It was, once again, a time of peace and there was no real need for Keyaki to strive for a combat-orientated role such as an ANBU or field-Jounin; he believed he was doing greater good by training the next generation instead.

Whilst in this role, as already mentioned, Keyaki had more time on his hand. This allowed his personal life to take a bit more of the young Hyuuga's attention. He started spending more time with his family, getting himself involved deeper into the clan politics as well as closer to Nami; whom was at this point a Chuunin being scouted by the ANBU falcon division. The pair grew closer and now that they were older, their relationship began to change. They went from best friends, to romantics interests and eventually, dating. It was rare, for two Hyuuga's to actually take the time to date at such a young age. These things were usually left to the later years of life, particularly by those as ambitious as Keyaki. Though Nami and he simply seemed to work.

Gaining acceptance into the ANBU was a difficult chore for Keyaki. Plus the fact that he only agreed to join because the village lacked dependable ninjas behind the scene. And, he was for the job. Since his Taijutsu abilities as well as leadership and battle prowess were almost unrivaled within the village. On top of this, as well as teaching Academy-Students, Keyaki had been tutoring several Chuunin and Jounin in the techniques of introspection; to know thy self in order to know the opponent. With this in mind, the young Hyuuga was promptly recruited into the ANBU Cat division by the age of nineteen; a division specifically designed to deal with ambushes and assassinations as well as covert protection and scouting efforts. Keyaki rose quickly within the ranks. He served against the midnight shadow in Konohagakure, crippling several powerful shinobi in the process and he was also a voice against Iwagakure when they occupied Konohagakure. He believe it to be unpatriotic and an insult to the villages honor, though he stayed quiet for the most part as he wasn't foolish; taking action would simply get those he cared about, his fellow villages, hurt or killed. However, fate doesn't play nicely and proved so when it killed the closest person to him. Nami.

Keyaki's devotion and love for Name were shown to extremes when he not only defied the Kage's orders, he tracked each and every individual involved with the order and action of murdering Nami, thus showing that nothing would stand between him his revenge, not even this moral standards about taking a life. Though many were heartbroken when Ace died, none suffered more than Keyaki; Keyaki was so devastated that he suffered a mental collapse, and became unresponsive to his surroundings, nearly killing opposing forces. And, were it not for Akira's services that were called upon; it isn't much of a doubt Keyaki would of murdered everyone. Akira speculated that this comatose phase was a way for Luffy to defend himself from the impact of the loss. Indeed it was, when Keyaki did regain conscious, all he could do is scream in agony and cry and wish it was all a nightmare, and that he would wake up soon. The loss of his love had a crucial impact on Keyaki, leading him to concede into thinking that he is not worthy enough to return to the village nor teach another soul. He only came out of his depression after his father made him realize that life was would and is always tied with death. Thus, even if Nami was gone; a new life was bound to bloom to signal her rebirth.

Those being the only profound words about the passing incidents he received, Keyaki returned to the temple with his father to reap all the knowledge that there was. Thus, Keyaki began studying and training in the areas of Onmyoton for the next three years. Only recently, has he mastered the remaining four elements; they being perks of the Onmyoton training and Fuuinjutsu Keyaki has been dabbling with. To be continued as I compete with this bio.

Add some pictures, play with the title font or appearance, include some youtube videos and you will have an almost perfect and well thought out bio. I know you are not done but what you have so far is better than what I usually see. Nice frame. Keep up the good job and can't wait to see the final product. Let me know so I can read it all.
