Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

This is a water jutsu that can be used a number of different ways - you can either for the tornado around or near the opponent to damage them, between them and you as a shield, or around yourself as a barrier. It's a very useful move, if you can use it right.

First, before we get on to how the jutsu works, I want you to practice the handseals: Ram, Horse, and Bird.

To begin, form the handseals and focus your Suiton chakra into a water source.

Using you chakra, you now need to take that water and disperse it into the air - you don't want it visible like a mist, you'll have to disperse it over quite an area.

Alright, good. Now, what you'll need to do now is bring all of that chakra together in a large column.

When you use this jutsu in battle, you'll skip the dispersion step, and bring the water straight together in a column.

xd I meant how long it took me to actually resume your training.

Alright, now that all the water is together, you need to make it rotate - but, while doing so, you need to keep the column stable and together.
