*now i use my chakra in the clouds to make it rain and then i add more to make it a good contact so that i can map everything in the field.*

Try again. This is complicated - describe how you're going to keep your chakra in the rain and still be able to receive contact with it. =/

Alright (sorry for late reply)

*as i do hand sign Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, Snake. after that i send my water chakra into the air and manipulate it to make a clouds after the clouds is forming i add more chakra by concentrating and manipulating to make it rain to connect always i constant add chakra to the clouds to connect into the rain and to sense everything in the rain Drops.*
