Have you had any previous experience with water, and up to what rank justu can you use?

What is Water, and how does it relate to chakra? Where does it stand in comparison to the other elements, and how can it be used in battle?

I have not had any other training with water, or any other training for that matter.

Water is the combination of one hydrogen and two oxygen molecules. As for its relation to chakra, it represents Yang.

Water is the natural enemy of fire. It's more "smooth" than the other basic elements, and, in my opinion, has the most uses. It can be used in other elements like boil release, yet it can also be used to create mist or fog.

But water isn't weak by any means. It can be used as an extenstion of your arm, to drown your opponent, or engulf an entire town.
