Now, this part of the jutsu can be a little complicated. You have to take the vortex, and effectively flip it over - you need to make spinning drills come up from the spots you focused chakra into, and have them impale my clone.

Yeah...This part of the jutsu is pretty difficult for it's rank. Takes quite a bit of Shape Manipulation.

Try again - increase your chakra output and the rotation speed, and it should hold together.

*i focusing again my suiton chakra this time inside my body first.. then i generate the chakra to make the chakra level power increasing and when i thing the suiton chakra have strong enough, i begin channel it into the vortexs... this time i channel it into all the vortex coz this time i've gather and gain much chakra from inside my body... then i try to flip all the vortexs.. i can't afford to loose focus so i try to be more concentrate to control all the 4 vortexs... next i'm focusing to flip the all vortexs.... this is the hard part.. it took half of my power to flip it up... but w/ hard focus and learning from the first attempt failure makes me kind a used to this flipping stuff even though using hal of my chakra... then after all the vortexs flipping w/ spinning drill face up... i begin to add my suiton chakra to the vortex to make the water become solid... then i generate my suiton chakra inside the vortexs to make the spinning even faster... the speed level become increasing and much faster then before... but i don't wanna fail anymore then i keep generate my suiton chakra into it... the spinning speed increasing so fast like a little storm... when i think this can hit and destroy your clone, i then release the vortex into your clone and impale him*

Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
Damage Points: N/A Description: Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent temporarily as long as the opponent is in the mist.
Note: Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

This jutsu works by charging a previously made mist with chakra, causing the water droplets in the mist to reflect light by making said drops act as prisms or crystals - they refract the light, causing anyone inside the mist to be blinded.

Now, this jutsu is effective in that it completely blinds normal people. What I mean by that is this: with the regular Hidden Mist jutsu, Byakugan users are unaffected due to the way that the Byakugan works, people who have normal eyes have their eyesight reduced to being in the mist, and Sharingan users are completely blinded since the Sharingan sees chakra, and the mist itself is charged with chakra. Since you are refracting the light, Sharingan users now have no hope of seeing anything, and people with regular eyes are blinded as well - I'm not sure how it affects Byakugan users (you might want to ask someone who knows how the Byakugan functions), as I'm not quite sure if the Byakugan is reactive to light.

Unfortunately, there is no way for you to see either, unless you're a Sensor, have Byakugan,or specifically trained, like Zabuza was.

Now, what you want to do now, is focus your chakra into the mist itself. You can do this by by creating a "mist"of chakra, and infusing it into the water molecules. We'll go on from there.

Like I said, I think you'll need to just put it in your bio. I don't think you can get actual training for it, per say.

Descripton: Utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious. Can only be performed if there is a water source near by.

This is a water jutsu that can be used a number of different ways - you can either for the tornado around or near the opponent to damage them, between them and you as a shield, or around yourself as a barrier. It's a very useful move, if you can use it right.

First, before we get on to how the jutsu works, I want you to practice the handseals: Ram, Horse, and Bird.
