actually you couldn't done any jutsus before kenshin's last jutsu only after you're sucked underwater you can somehow evade it and the evaporate water, actually I think you can eveporate water with fire, but not the whole waterfall cause that's a lot of water...

after he uses water fall you are in water right? what means he can suck you underwater.

no 1st .. i used to katon gokakyuu to stop water getting around me ..
then for kenshin's third move it reqiures water source around me .. but i evaporated it !!so its useless !! am i right ?? krf ??

as I said you can't use any moves before his last jutsu... I give you a situation to understand this like:

you use like 3 S rank jutsus in you move and I say:

I block your first move with some S rank jutsu and then I use shadow clones before you use you jutsu which means your jutsus failed... and I do that every turn and that means you can't do any moves because I just always use shadow clones and I'm invincible... Did you got it now?
