No, we already have around 10 dead SR and they number will grow for sure, two deaths from other side is not enough to "make up for all the characters that need to die" and also Unohana wasn't even killed by enemy.
Also Hashwalth is the one who balance the war, so when shinigami kills more quincies i'm pretty sure that he will go out and kill some shinigamis in order to bring back balance.
Kubo even himself said that this war will be far from what we saw in past, Wandenreich is not joke and they are far more dangerous than Espada and Aizen.

I agree, I have no problem with them dying, but their deaths were disrespectful. especially if vizards are supposed to be quincy's weakness, don't nerf them so you can renege.
