i've seen and attempted to use
Frozen Enemy (touketsu ada no jutsu)

* Description:If water can be sensed on the opponent's skin or clothing the user can freeze the water slowly down or possibly disabling the part of the body until the ice is thawed/destroyed.
but i was quite limited at the time and it didn't work very well

i inderstood that, so i trained and modified it to the internal body freeze, instead of needing water on the opponent, u freeze the water in their body 
it takes a lot of hard work

what you will need to do is concentrate on a smaller target that is damp *throws a damp cloth 30 metres away* ok your aim is too make that coth rock hard. it seems pretty simple but when it comes to damp, you are not freezing the cloth but the tiny molecules of moisture in it.
yes... i can see how that is harder because you want to try and focus on what you can immediately see rather than looking more closely...

this will help daibakufu no jutsu( waterfall) between you and the cloth, now to help u see where you are aiming you can continously freeze what is in your path the water and this will lead your chakra straight to the cloth as nearby molecules will start to freeze

Kawagiri you are a Hyouton user correct? well if so then you should already be able to freeze water with out a problem such as.......Captain Kenpachi fire a Multiple Water Shark Bomb at me

well done, thats the first step, now ofcourse normally it wont be a moving target so you need to practice aiming at the right spot. mizu bunshin no jutsu (water clone) x1 *clone holds zanji* . ok takitsubo no jutsu (waterfall basin behind cloth) now you have to freeze the cloth again *melts ice in hand* but without freezing a drop of water behind it
btw zanji you cant use any jutsu in water prison (kakashi) so stay still. lol miggy dont bother getting yourself hurt, zanji can cope he wants to train with me anyway. hey akira just training

i will try... zanji wanted some shark bombs shot at him...
*focussing not on the cloth but water in the cloth i focus my chakra onto the cloth making it quite rigid*
is that any better?
