Kenpachi or Ichigo, the winner?

In their fight, people keep saying Ichigo won. Even in the freaking manga, Unohana said "you lost to Ichigo". When in reality, at the end of the fight Ichigo was K.O. While Kenpachi was still standing.

Judging the fight from a Mano e Mano prespective, Kenpachi is the clear winner. He was the last man standing. I still to this day don't get how Ichigo won.

Most people say he broke his sword. SO WHAT? Kenpachi was the last man standing.. it was a fight to the death. And Kenpachi held himself, while Ichigo couldn't.


So technically, Kenpachi has always been superior to Ichigo.

I think that currently..Ichigo Cannot Win..I mean his zanpakoutou got broken and that kenpachi is now undoing his limits of his power...Ichigo = Instant KO

I agree. Kenpachi > Ichigo. I would argue that all of the Captains are > Ichigo except maybe Byakuya, Soi Fon, and Komamura.

lol No...the only people left in the gotei 13 that can beat Ichigo now are Shunsui and possibly Ukitake...Ichigo was clearly shown to be as fast as the fastest royal guard.

Anyway the match between Ichigo and Kenpachi was a draw both were unable to stand in the end.

Kenpachi > Ichigo
I think this plainly due to Kenpachi's clear mind during a fight. Most opponent's think too much on how to win when fighting an opponent on an equal or close level but Kenpachi just fights , he does not fear death or loss so he does not worry or concentrate solely on how to attack his opponent, he just swings his sword like a mad man xd.

My opinion; Kenpachi gains no thrill from winning a fight, he gains it within the fight itself, that being said he decided who won the fight on who craved it more & him saying Ichigo won may have just meant he believed Ichigo tried harder in that fight.

Lol...I'll admit I'm an Ichigo fan but I don't go to fanboy level like you always seem to do when it comes to Kenpachi, I mean I've seen you make numerous threads stating how good Kenpachi is, fact is we get it Kenpachi is strong also also if you want to be like that Kenpachi said Ichigo won, multiple characters said Ichigo won and this is Manga fact however personally I think it was a draw since neither where able to battle after the fight.

Fact is Kenpachi is strong but he'll never be the strongest.

Wait...I'm uncertain do you mean Kenpachi > Ichigo since the beginning till now?

The reason Kenpachi said Ichigo won was because Ichigo was able to defeat Kenpachi's belief in that only the strong fight alone, but really the fight was a draw, yes Kenpachi has lowered his powers unconsciously however at that present time that was as high as Kenpachi's power could go to.

A double KO is not both people falling at the same time. I cannot believe you're arguing over such stupid semantics.

If both combatants die/fall as a result of the battle then it's a draw.
