if all had normal eyes, I'd say bee should easily come out on top.

With rinnegan though, Sasuke should be able to read bee easily this time. All things equal bee should be the most skilled. Mifune is probably the most skilled with just a single sword.

I would say Sasuke but he is more of a fighter straight up than a swordsman, I would say Bee but I think kisame has him beat just by literally becoming one with his sword lol... Thats impressive
