My advice is unless you were purposely trying to deplay narutos feats, is to use ACTUAL manga pages in ALL the panels you use to support your theory, instead of useing fan made versions.

Also the reason naruto does not always use speed blitz, is because it probably uses more chakra, naruto has not yet trained useing his high speeds, and is not used to fighting at high speed yet, or simply he doesnt want to use it unless he needs to.
