You conveniently left out the part that happens a few pictures later, that Ay went to version 2 speed and that Naruto dodged it.

He was not owning Naruto. Naruto didnt move at max speed vs V1 A, as shown by being able to dodge v2 A.
If he can dodge v2 A, than he wasnt at max speed vs v1. Its not difficult to understand.

People dont always move at max speed. Observing an opponent. Testing stuff out. Getting used to someone. Being surprised.
Lot of reasons can exist to not move at max speed.

When A went v2, he said he was going to use his fastest punch. Naruto dodged it.

Nothing indicates that. Naruto was surprised that A could keep up, but tsunade was surprised that naruto could keep up. It speaks volumes about A.

Naruto's speed is far from overrated, he dodged the Raikage's fastest attack, something that only Minato accomplished using FTG. That means that Naruto is the fastest character in the series.

I am not bashing naruto but when Naruto faught 4th Raikage,A was inVersion one chakra mode.We can see that Version one A have his hair down and Verion 2 Raikage have his hair upwards (see below)

Notice Raikage hair is down in this fight when he faught KCM Naruto.Raikage version one was same when he faught Sasuke at the Kage summit.Therefor KCM naruto was fighting Version 1 Raikage.GET OVER IT

Sasuke base speed was able to dodge Version 1 chakra mode Sasuke attack as u can see above.The only Reason why Raikage went Version 2 chakra mode because Sasuke use MS.

Multiple factors play for Naruto's dodge. It's strange he got his faced bashed in with a punch from Ae in V1 and yet managed to dodge V2. This could be attributed to warnings from Bee, Tsunade, and Ae himself. Had the warnings not been given, I hardly doubt Naruto would have evaded that punch, that much is certain. Then there is the whole inconsistency. There ar too many instances when KCM Naruto has shown lack-luster, borderline poor speed feats against Obito, Nagato, and Itachi. The dude even tripped over a root. Lol?

As for the thread, then I am flabbergasted at the potty-mouth insults here when the OP has made no provocation. It kind of tells you a lot about the retards that throng this base. Forever petty and stupid, it seems.
