Well, firstly, Naruto should be able to take round 1 pretty low-diff. He has much better physical than the MS Sasuke that fought Killer Bee and has the precog. Frog Kata would not end Killer Bee, who's a pretty tough mofo, but it'd inflict good damage nonetheless. V1 is better but Sasuke could dodge it, so Naruto would have no problems with it. So I'm giving Round 1 to the SM user, Frog Kata is a killer in close-combat and he's probably already stronger and faster than base Bee.
Round 2 is way different, Only Naruto and summons really matters, rest of them is "showed up for fun", so it isn't too different from the usual manga situation. Sakura and Sai will get blown away quickly, Yamato also lacks the wood constructs to take down a full Bijuu, Killer Bee will ruthlessly tear down Yamato's wood.
This was intentional.
Anyhow, a Rasenshuriken could do it since it was big enough to harm Kurama but Naruto will need at least some time to get it done, and the only ones who can put up some sort of fight against B are the frogs, and even they are ****ed if he decide to use a Tailed Beast Ball. So KB mid-diff, Naruto could win if he gets off a rasenshuriken but Hachibi survived its own Bijuudama exploding on him already, so even that probably would not definitely put him down.
