I really think so and for the record Naruto didnt beat Pain on his own. as strong as killer bee is I dont think he will be able to stop god, and remember just with ametrasu KB lost a fight.

If Kb went all 8 tails then he has a chance of winning. But the way he uses swords looks like it would outmatch pains kenjutsu skills. I would think KB would win cause hes just plain awesome, but I guess against 6 he wouldnt win. But if he were going up against 2, hed win.
