With wire, you can tie up an opponent, set up traps, and Put it on your kunai for many purposes.

Try tying up my clone with some wire.

Good job, but try to conceal the wire under leaves.

A better way to tie the opponent up is to throw about 10 shuriken, or kunai wayward, so that they look like they are gonna miss. When they pass the opponent, then pull your fingers together, and the kunai will come back, entangling the foe.
