As far as I know all of Minato''s toads are using PHYSICAL attacks. And as we know, the physical attacks are useless against Katsuyu.

Katsuyu can melt the frogs Just imagine her splitting acid in Gamabunta's mouth when he tries to swallow her.

Yeah, Icelerate said it, and it would most likely kill Katsuyu if someone can shot a very huge Water Dragon directly in her mouth. Which is almost impossible, lol.

I know its weird that Katsuyu can defeat a Kage, but I believe she can defeat Tsunade and Hiruzen too.

None of those moves can kill Katsuyu

You haven't explained anything. Minato can put the FTG mark on all of the boss toads and if she could effortlessly melt them, he could warp the acid directly back on her.
Also, It's been proven through many debates that the boss toads are Raikage speed or faster, Kichi cleared MILES and MILES through juubi's squads just by jumping and reached it almost instantly.

Everyone is immune to their own attacks ( see Mei is immune to acid and lava )

Minato's barriers are full kurama level.. Gamabunta was only as big as half of full kurama's torso. The boss summons are the same size. It's an interesting matchup but through any conclusions Minato takes the cake. I also like how you gave minato a restriction to not being able to leave the area and only manga info on katsuyu while she can do whatever.. even so, he still wins

But how on earth he is going to kill katsuyu with barriers?

Well of course I restricted Minato, otherwise everyone would said he goes home and won't fight Katsuyu, or he would teleport home and bring salt, etc.

Katsuyu has full intel, after all she is just a summon, while Minato is a goddamn Hokage

he doesn't have to if he's swallowing her. if there both very acidic he wont be affected. like pouring lemon juice on vinegar.
Besides him swallowing her is one swift motion. Its not like he has to chew or anything since she doesn't have bones.
The more she splits herself up the smaller she becomes and the easier it is to swallow.
