Just how many Kunai Minato has? 15, 20, 30? What happens if Katsuyu melts them?

She can't melt them. He S/T barriers it and transports it back onto her.

Average shinobi cares 15-25 kunai. If he spreads all of them with his maximum of 3 clones.. that's anywhere between 60 and 75 kunai. Where barriers can be set up freely and he can teleport to anyone of them as he so pleases.

The hundreds of clones have shown no battle prowess whatsoever in the series, not even barfing the Acid. He wins by KURAMA LEVEL BARRIERS, teleporting her attacks back on her, and overall intellect and manipulating of the situation all together (sticking a kunai in each of the toads to make barriers over them if needed, using their destructive ability and speed to their advantage)

There is this ending during the pain arc anime in which katsuya and gamabunta are reminiscing about the good old days and Manda, they state that Snake> Toad> Slug>Snake. Then katsuya realises that since Manda is dead, its Toad>Slug and runs away.
Anyways, can't minato just teleport the slug out of the battlefield and be done with it?

Minato has nothing to kill her ( and such thing like a salt island doesnt exist )
Katsuyu can make thousands clones of herselv and even the clones are extremly durable even surving the nine tails chakra and chibaku tensei
And her acid can even kill orochimaru

So he is gonna dodge her acid when he is swallowing her? I can't see how.
I doubt the acid in his stomach is as strong as Katsuyu's.

Lol everyone is not immune to their own attacks? The inside of Katsuyu can hold the acid because of the mucus membrane lining around her stomach and throat. If her acid hits herself on the outside, she is dead. Manga fact that Toads > Slugs. Manga > your opinion. Minato solos the slug. Deal with it. Hiruzen and Tsunade on the other hand...
