Katsuyu is the strongest animal? Maybe...?

Remember the whole "one slug " theory regarding katsuyu. When people used to claim there is only 1 slug and katsuyu is just part of that. And from the recent chapters we find out that is in fact true.


We also know on the other hand that : Slug>Snake>Frog>Slug. They are basically "equals" of a sort right.

Another fact is that there are plenty of other frogs, and snakes. But only 1 Slug.

So what it basically means is Katsuyu = All the snakes = All the Frogs. So if someone had the chakra to summon something big like Katsuyu (Hashirama/Rikudou) that means they automatically have the strongest animal ally basically God Level x3.


So this is why I believe or assume Katsuyu is the strongest animal in Naruto-verse.

100% Katsuyu is not even canon & probably never will , there're a difference in seeing her in action & just hearing about her , this is just like Hiruzen, can't bring it into a thread or fight until we actually see her .

& strongest animal ? I highly doubt it , there's Kabuto's Manda , Pain summons which are animals , Kurama etc .

Basically. However, it would take all the snakes to match Katsuyu, and all the frogs to match Katsuyu. By itself Katsuyu is the stronger creature in a 1vs1. But as a species yea they are all basically balanced out.

If you had enough chakra to summon this big Fatass it'd be pointless to summon her since obviously you'd be god level, you'd still be OP with chakra reserves that were half that magnitude, and it's strong defensively, but it lacks offense itself, it's just a MASSIVE slug, Highly impractical and honestly wood be a waste of chakra for Hashirama considering he has that huge statue.

If you want to count the bijuu or humans as animals then katsuyu definitely isn't the strongest, but if not I would say she is likely quite up there. I don't think any of the other animals we have seen would be even close to her size except for the turtle island. The acid spit would cover an extremely large area as well. A downside to being so huge though would be maneuverability, especially for a slug. But then again she could fix this maneuvering problem by splitting apart... Fukasaku is quite powerful, and his size gives him great maneuverabillity in comparison to katsuyu. Really I don't think katsuyu would be able to hit him, but she is so big would he be able to beat her before he is out of chakra?

This strongest animal question is definitely perplexing. There are a lot of animals in the world and we have only really seen the strength of slugs snakes and frogs. I'm going to have to agree and say in most cases a full bodied katsuyu would probably win a fight against a single frog or snake, or really pretty much any other animal (pains summons might be able to beat her). Also she is clearly more durable than frogs and snakes i'm unsure of (manda was still in tact after a nuke). But katsuyu has survived through pretty much everything, and with her healing seems near unkillable, at least in a fight against other non human non bijuu animals.
