Question: So it blows up the moment it makes contact with the target or does it push the target back with it a bit before exploding?

Pros: Long range, big area of effect and causes an explosion after contact with the target is made.

Cons: requires two hand seals to perform.

How it's executed: The user will perform the two required hand seals, then they will expel a huge meteor sized fireball that explodes on contact with target.

Explain it's effects: Severe burns in effected area followed by an explosion that can kill.

When to use it: Best used when you have the enemy entrapped or caught in another attack that hinders their movement.

How to defend: By setting us a strong enough barrier between you and the blast.

Once I've gathered enough I then jump off, releasing three giant bullets of fire that fall down upon the training grounds like giant meteors. After they have fallen down the three bullets of fire erupt into geysers of flame that burn everything in their reach.*

Pros: Long range, multiple bullets of fire that can erupt into geysers of flame.

Cons: Must be in the air to perform it.

How it's executed: The user gathers their katon chakra while in the air, and releases three bullets of flame that erupt into geysers once in the ground.

Explain it's effects: Severe burns in the effected area, the geyser of flames will also burn badly as well.

When to use it: Best used when you're in mid air and have the upper hand on the enemy, so if they're trapped and unable to move.

How to defend: Since there are three fireballs that can be thrown anywhere in the surrounding area, best thing to do would be to encase yourself within something for full 360 protection.

Pros: Burns the target badly and in the form of ash so the target will have a hard time escaping if caught in something else preventing them from moving.

Cons: Can be blown away with a strong enough wind technique.

Question: So since the description doesn't state how large the radius of the ash is, can I state, depending on the situation how large I make it out to be like Swamp of the Underworld?

How it's executed: The user will gather their katon chakra and release a form of super heated ash from their mouth that will severely burn the target.

Explain it's effects: Severe, third degree burns around entire affected area.

When to use it: Best used when trying to snuff out an opponent who is trapped in a confined space.

How to defend: A wind technique can blow this one away if strong enough.

I like that description.

Its supposed to carry the target for some distance before exploding, though I suppose if you explain it so that you say it just explodes on contact that would be feasible.

Hmm....I don't see why not. Having it be big enough to envelope a Boss-sized summon would probably be too much of a stretch, but multiple targets would be fine.

How to defend: A wind technique can blow this one away if strong enough.

And while that's true, be careful. It still has the elemental advantage of wind despite not being actual flames.

Pros: Has a long range, good damage and can be shot into the sky to produce thunderclouds, allowing for the use of Kirin.

Cons: Since they are projectile based then the chances of the enemy evading it are increased.

How it's Executed: The user will gather their Katon chakra while performing the Tiger handseal. They will then expel multiple fireballs that can be shot at the enemy or the sky.

Explain It's effects: Severe burns in the area of contact with an enemy or, if shot towards the sky, can change the weather conditions to produce thunderclouds.

When to use it: Best used as a setup for Kirin, or to attack the enemy from afar.

How to defend: Since it's a fireball, the target can eithe use a technique that would move them away from the attack or put up some sort of barrier to block the attack.

Cons: Requires shuriken to use, so if the user doesn't have any then they may not be able to perform this technique.

How it's executed: The user will pull out shuriken and after gathering their katon chakra, will expel fire infused chakra onto them, increasing their destructive capability.

Explain it's effects: If the shuriken makes contact with the target, not only will it create a stabbing wound, but it will also severely burn the area where the contact point was made.

When to use: Best used when the enemy is unable to move, so when they're ensnared.

How to defend: By using a strong enough wind technique the target could blow the shuriken away.

How it's executed: The user, after gathering their katon chakra and forming the Tiger hand seal, will expel several ghost heads that attack the enemy in a swarm.

Explain it's effects: I'm just going to assume that they explode, causing burn damage through out the affected area.

When to use it: Best used when you would want to overwhelm the enemy with several incoming projectile based attacks.

How to defend: Since it doesn't say that they can be manipulated mid flight then the target would just have to protect themselves with a technique that could block the attack head on.

I wouldn't say "explode" exactly. Not in the sense of an explosion like and explosive tag. Maybe more like a small eruption of fire, resulting in setting the target ablaze.

Cons: Have to aim at the target's bottom/base/feet/. In some instances the 3m tall pillar of flame can be ineffective due to it coming too short.

How it's executed: The user will gather their katon chakra into their chest while forming the tiger hand seal and expel a quick burst of flame that when reaching the base of the target, erupts into a pillar of 3m fire.

Explain it's effects: Severe burn areas everywhere if caught directly inside the pillar.

When to use it: Best used when you would like to burn the opponent completely if they're ensnared.

How to defend: By countering the quick burst of flame, the target can evade the pillar of flame that is produced later.
