I'll be using Dean, as he some cool gifs that go with the training xD
Dean walks towards his new student. Dean had to mold him into a great shinobi, at any cost. Though they had to start at the utmost basics.
"Alright, let's start this up, my name is Dean Winchester of the Nekura Clan. Tell me everything you know about Fire in the Narutoverse, it's strengths and weaknesses, Kekkei Genkai that have Fire as one of their base elements and also, known users of the Fire element in the Narutoverse. Explain in as much detail as possible."
Dean then awaits his student's answer, whilst standing with his hands in his pockets. He hoped his new student would impress him.

After that he started talking filled with confidence:
The fire element or katon is a very unique and diverse element. It is a very strong and offensive element that is mostly used in fights to deal large amounts of damage and burn the opponent. Katon can be very weak to many things like strong walls, suiton, and sometimes even things it is normally strong to all depending on how your opponent attacks and defends and how you use it. Like all elements, katon requires thinking, focus, and a strong strategy to use it to the fullest which is why even a simple mistake can cause you to screw up and be completely overpowered and overwhelmed. Although it has many weaknesses, it actually can be used in a way to turn your weakness into your offense.
Weaknesses:
- Weak against suiton
- Can be hard to control
- Can sometimes be stopped by summoning/creating obstacles
- Usually takes up a lot of chakra
Strengths :
- Strong against fuuton
- Does a lot of damage
- Can easily overwhelm opponents
Kekkei Genkais that require combining of katon with other elements are:

"Hmm, it's alright, though let me straighten out a few points. Your definition is alright, but remember, Fire is basically like super heated chakra, that isn't always released from the mouth. A powerful element, and usually seen as an untameable one. You being an Uchiha, it will be your specialty. Some Fire based jutsu are manipulated to travel through the ground or released in the form of a flammable ash, some are shot as projectiles from the user's hands!"
Dean then takes out a bottle of sake, and takes a sip. All this talking makes him thirsty.
"Your combinations, Fire can also be combined with the basic elements. The most common combination is Fire and Wind, which is very effective, so do take it to mind. Now I am going to tell you of ranks of jutsu. They range from D rank to S rank (Forbidden is after S rank, but not relevant at the moment.) With D rank being the weakest, and S rank, the most powerful. The higher the rank, the higher the chakra cost and damage it causes.
The higher the rank, the more powerful the jutsu. So a A rank Fire would overcome a C rank Fire because it's higher ranked and more chakra has been used to create it. This doesn't mean higher rank always wins though, let's look at the scale of a jutsu.
Say I make a small water bullet which is A rank, and shoot it at my opponent, and he counters by blasting me with a B rank huge fireball. The size of the fireball would engulf that small water bullet even though it's higher ranked and also weak to water! Weird huh. That's why size matters! Just an example though. Any questions? And don't be afraid to ask."

"Good, then we will proceed. I hope you are ready for this."
Dean then takes out something from his right pocket, a small white paper. He then walks over to his student, and stretches out his hand to give the paper over.
"Take this chakra paper and meditate a bit, then focus your chakra into it. If done right, the paper should burst into flames. Explain this process in detail. It might be a little difficult at first, but you'll get it right."
Dean then waits for the Uchiha to do what he said.

Okey senpai,I will not fail you!
I took the piece of paper senpai gave me and put it between my index and middle finger. Then I slowly started moulding my chakra into my hand after which I used nature transformation to turn my chakra into Katon chakra. Then I slowly released my Katon chakra into the paper but nothing happened,so I decided to release a little bit more chakra into the paper. After that the paper started to blacken and a slight smoke appeared. I decided to mantain my chakra release so I woudn't vaporize the paper in an instant. After few seconds a small flame appeared at the top of the paper which slowly turned it into ashes.

Dean then watches Shisui perform his task, and he is happy to see him do it right. Dean then stands upright as he addresses him.
"Okay, that was good enough. Now we shall start with the jutsu. I will give you a single jutsu, explain it to you then you will perform it with as much detail as you can, and also give me an advantage and disadvantage. Though this may change as we climb the ranks, where I might ask you for more. If you have any question about the jutsu, be sure to ask."
Dean then creates a clone of himself, and orders him to move up to 5 meters away.
"Okay, so for the first jutsu, I want you to build up a sufficient amount of Katon chakra in your stomach, then inhale, and exhale. By exhaling, you will release various small balls of fire that you will aim to hit my clone with. You can change the trajectory of your head, to fire at different elevations, and hit the clone at more than one place. This jutsu is easy, and it requires no handseals. Look at it's range, up to Mid range, but remember it is merely a D rank, so these fireballs are generally small in scale and doesn't do a lot of damage. It is fast to perform though."
Dean then waits for Shisui to perform the first jutsu, so they can proceed. He takes out his sake, remembering his first time in Fire training.

Great ! We are done with the basics,now it's time for some jutsus!
Shisui focused and started to perform his first jutsu:
He started gathering his chakra in the stomach. Afterwards he continued adding even more chakra as he started to transform his chakra into super-heated katon chakra.
Then Shisui took a deep breath while he was still molding his chakra and after few moments jutsu was ready. Shisui exhaled his katon chakra through his mouth which immediately formed small flaming balls which were directed towards the clone.
- Advantages:
- It doesn't require handseals

These shuriken will then hit my clone and burn him. Try it, and remember, as much detail as you can please, plus only advantages and disadvantages, and a question if you have any."
Dean creates another clone to serve a dummy, poor 'ol clones have to feel the heat.

Shisui quicly put himself together and absorbed his senpai's instructions. After that he started performing the jutsu:
I took out a few shuriken from my ninja pouch , then threw them at senpais clone and started moulding my chakra in my stomach. Then I continued adding chakra while I started to nature manipulate my chakra, turning my chakra into Katon chakra. I continued moulding my Katon chakra and I then spew it out, onto the shuriken, setting the shuriken on fire as the shuriken hit senpais clone and he burns
ADVANTAGES
- The enemy cannot simply douse the fire because the shuriken will still go at him
- Because it doesn't need a lot of chakra, this jutsu can be done several times depending on the number of shuriken you have
- Is a good jutsu to make the enemy move further away from you
DISADVANTAGES
- It could also be a disadvantage because you number of shuriken is limited so it can't be a jutsu to rely on
- Because it is the shuriken that is on fire and not a complete Katon jutsu, a Doton wall could probably stop it
Question* : How many shurikens and kunais do I have per battle?

I started gathering chakra in my stomach.Afterwards I continued to adding more chakra as I started to use nature manipulation to turn my chakra into Katon chakra. Then I continued mixing and moulding my chakra until it is suitable to perform the jutsu. I inhaled and then blowed out my Katon chakra, using shape manipulation I blew out a single ball of fire, which I directed at senpais clone who catched alight with the fireball
ADVANTAGES
• It doesn't require any hand seals so it could surprise your opponent
• This jutsu can be performed quickly by a skilled ninja
DISADVANTAGES
• It is a single fireball so you have to be very accurate if you want to catch you oppoent with it
• Since it is a single fireball, an attck that is bigger or of a wider range could extinguish the flame and still head towards you
• It isn't very powerful so if carries the risk, that if you miss, you will be open to an attack

So first perform the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger handseals, then gather up some of your Fire based chakra in your stomach and release it from your mouth in the form of a pale gas, that is highly flammable and can be lit with a fire based jutsu or a spark, so it's mostly used in conjuction with a technique.
After spewing the flammable gas, I want you to focus your fire chakra in your stomach and mould it, then release it from your mouth in the form of a stream. You must keep concentrating to keep the stream active.This is two techniques, one is spewing the flammable gas and one spewing the fire stream.

I 1st perform the Snake->Ram->Monkey->Tiger handseals, I then start gathering chakra in my stomach(tum tum ), I then use nature manipulation to turn my chakra into Katon chakra, I continue moulding my chakra and then suddenly release my it from my mouth onto senpais clone, but in a form of gas that is highly flammable to set up my next attack
ADVANTAGES
• It is highly flammable, so if you use a high ranked Katon jutsu, this will enhance its power a lot
• It could be used to set multiple targets up for the next jutsu
• Could be used as a distraction
DISADVANTAGES
• It takes 4 handseals to perform, so the user has time to react
• This jutsu isn't goin gto cause any harm without a follow up jutsu
2nd Jutsu
I quickly start gathering chakra in my stomach, I continue gathering my chakra as I start to use nature manipution to turn my chakra into Katon chakra, I continue moulding my chakra as I take a deep breath, I then release my Katon chakra from my mouth by breathing it out in the form of a stream, I continue moulding my chakra while blowing out my Katon chakra until senpais clone is burnt completely, so sad for senpais clone

• It is a stream of Katon chakra, so it can burn multiple things by just moving your head a bit
• Because of the 1st jutsu, this jutsus power will increase even further

• The stream of Katon may block your vision to see what is happening in front of you
• Without the 1st jutsu, it isn't very powerful

I am quite sure that if you checked 70% of the people training now,you would see that they used some previous thread as their refeerence.And I even seen some senseis saying in their training thread to their student that they can use other threads as help.
I always tried up to now just to read the reply from the thread you copied and then write it on my own. This reply you cought me was completely the same,for the sole reason of not having time to type it on my own ( I have to prepare for college,and I really don't have any time to live and not speak of RP-ing on some forum)
But I guess I am guilty ,so is the training over shall I tell someone to delete this thread?

I wrote those replies, my own. I created it, and I copy those because I simply won't re-write something I know I thought out.
The whole point of training is to understand what is going on. If you do it wrong, I will help you out. That's my job. I like teaching people, and it hurts me if people do this. It's wrong to copy things 100%, I mean, do you understand? Say you complete Fire, and you one day get stuck with something? Yet you said you understand in training. It falls back towards me. What did I teach you etc
Do you understand? If you do, I will decide what to do about this.
The whole point of training is to understand what is going on. If you do it wrong, I will help you out. That's my job. I like teaching people, and it hurts me if people do this. It's wrong to copy things 100%, I mean, do you understand? Say you complete Fire, and you one day get stuck with something? Yet you said you understand in training. It falls back towards me. What did I teach you etc
Do you understand? If you do, I will decide what to do about this.

Everything we did so far,I understand it. Every time you asked me something,I would understand what you are asking out of me. Every time I would reply you,I would understand what I am typing. I only copied this last post completely,but even with that I read it 5 times and I understod everything about it completely.
I don't just mindlessly copy my replies,every one of them untill the last one was completely understod and written with my words. I just needed some concept that would push me a little. I am 100% sure that everyone else does that.
And of course I understand that if someone wants to RP,he should do it the right and only way,by himself. I was just stuck with my RL and had a massive shortage of time. That's all..

Nope, they think up their answers, and even if it's wrong or crappy, their senpai or sensei will help them out to his greatest ability. We can continue to train if you are willing to write your own answers, and not copy them. One chance.
