I then, quickly gather my wind chakra and create a gust of wind behind the flames to enhance the range and strength of the attack. As the wind blows the flames grow higher and increase farther away covering more the ground than before, extending the flames reach.*

Stomp you foot on the ground an inject your fire chakra into it at the same time, using the chakra to cause three pillars (Three meters tall) to erupt from the ground in any formation you choose. The pillars must be evenly spaced apart though.

What are some uses for this jutsu in combat, defensive and offensive?

offensive: Attacks low aerial targets so, the pillars will only reach the target if they are within range as you said 3 meters.
defensive: Acts as a wall against incoming attacks and targets.
*I gather my fire chakra and stomp on the ground, channeling my fire chakra into the ground. Once I've focused enough, I manipulate the fire, have it divide, and rise into three pillars of fire, with each pillars three meters high and each pillar three meters apart from each other. I have the pillars aligned in a straight line going forward.*

What is the downsaide of using it as a defensive wall? By the way, think of another offensive use for this jutsu.

If the target is underground the pillars can be used to roast them while they are still inside and that's assuming you know they are underground and know exactly where. The downside would be with the defense is that no matter where the pillars are stationed there is always going to be an opening since only three pillars can be produced, they don't cover every angle/side of your body from attacks that may come from all-directions.

Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

Release from you mouth a massive amount of fire after performing the Tiger hand seal, forming it into a large ball of fire shaped like a dragon. Make the fire densely compressed as if it is a solid, with an intense heat that burns on the slightest of contact.

*I make a shadow clone using the clone-seal and afterwards begin by weaving the tiger hand-seal. I then, focus and compress a huge amount of my katon chakra into my stomach and channel it up to my mouth. Once I've gathered the amount of chakra needed, I inhale and exhale a large fireball but, using shape manipulation, I change the form of the fireball into the form of a dragon. I make the dragon more dense to make it more like a solid. Using my skills, I manipulate the dragon to attack my clone, easily burning it from the intense heat and delivering physical damage as an added bonus since its been compressed and made denser to act similarly to a solid. My clone is dispersed and burned away from the dragons attack.*

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in addition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

First you will need to create two shadow clones to work with you to perform this next jutsu. Once you have created them, have them stand next to you and then all three of you will perform the Dog → Rat → Tiger hand seals at the same time. Afterwards, you'll all release a stream of fire from your mouths, combining them together to create a flaming dragon that flies out to attack my clone over there.

We then bring our attacks together and merge then into one large fire stream. We manipulate the stream and change the form in the shape of a dragon. Last but, not least, we direct the dragon towards your clone that is 'over there' and have it attack him. The dragon opens its mouth and your clone is swallowed up by the intense flames.*

Did you say you knew the rasengan?

I'll get you to do two things, take out a scroll and inject your fire chakra into it as you unravel it. Shape your fire chakra to create a large flaming dragon that flies out of it at my clone, exploding on contact.

Then, take out another scroll and inject your fire chakra in it again, this time forming a flaming tiger to run out and latch onto my other clone with its teeth. Once the tiger has a good grip, make it detonate, burning and/or destroying him.

1)*I take out a medium sized scroll from my pack and charge fire chakra into it. Once I've charged enough, I unravel/open it up. I release my fire chakra and using shape manipulation, I change the shape of it into the form of a large dragon. I then, direct the dragon at your clone to attack him. Upon impact, your clone along with the dragon are engulfed in a fiery explosion.*
2)*I pull my second scroll and charge it up with my fire chakra. Once I've gathered enough, I unravel this one aswell, releasing my fire chakra and using shape manipulation to form into the shape of a tiger. I then direct the fire tiger at your clone. The tiger then proceeds to charge at your clone and lunge at him, sinking his teeth onto him. Once I see that the tiger has good grip on your clone, I detonate the tiger, engulfing the tiger and you in a fiery explosion in a similar manner as a paperbomb.*

So, form a rasengan in whatever hand you prefer xD

Then run at my clone as you charge fire chakra in you lungs, which you will then breath out onto the rasengan, causing it to become engulfed in flames. As you then slam it into my clone, the rasengan will get disrupted and the fire will erupt into a fire-storm around my clone, burning him and causing severe injury.

*I begin by extending my right arm and opening my hand. I then begin by spinning chakra into my right hand using my left hand in different directions. I then, combine that spinning by adding denser chakra into the mix, resulting in a spinning ball of chakra being created in my right hand. While maintaining control of the dense spiraling ball of chakra, I gather my katon chakra into stomach and channel it up my mouth. Once I've gathered enough, I inhale and exhale my fire chakra onto the sphere, engulfing it in my fire while it spins the fire around itself in different directions. I then, proceed to charge at your clone and upon impact with my rasengan and the clones stomach, a fiery maelstrom erupts upward sending the clone flying and severely burining him and everything else that is around him.*

Lets see...The wind would enhance the flames to point of producing a very intense blast that increases the range of the fire's attack as it travels along the ground. The attack can cause a B-rank water technique to be completely obliterated upon impact, turning it into steam and the attack would continue onward. A-rank water techniques can at least slow down the impact of the attack.

Once I've gathered enough and using my nature chakra to convert my regular chakra into fire, I release the a massive fire. Using shape manipulation, I form the fire into a massive wall of flames, burning intensely. The wall is 10meters long and 10 meters wide, from the front and sides.*

<_< I missed the part of the impact the targets mind will have. I guess it depends on the persons experience. Some may know how to counter others may not and have a hard time or would overwhelmed by it. Just a suggestion a line to divide the instruction and question as well as anything previous could've helped. Jeez, I did not ignore it, I was forced to log-off before I could finish it up, I was gonna get back to it as soon as I could.
