*kefa starts to build his fire chakra and he then channels it to hid mouth from his gut, kefa then forms Tiger → Horse → Rat → Dog → Tiger hand seals and while keeping the flow of chakra constant, kefa spews out flame aiming at the feet of the clone, the fire which them moves on to surround his sempai's clone, kefa moves on to use shape manipulation after he stops spewing flames, he uses shape manipulation to form the flames into a spider, which then attacks the clone*
How/when might you use this in battle?:
i can use it at any given time, but it sounds like a jutsu thats used as a decoy. if i were to use it, i will use it as a decoy since it surrounds my opponent, he will have to dodge, evade or defend so i'll have this to my advantage
Under what conditions wouldn't you use this jutsu?:
i wouldnt use this jutsu if the battle field is made of water since the fire is aimed at the ground
Why would you choose this in battle?:
well because i can use it, and its interesting seeing a flame spider, and not just a flame spider, a flame spider which can and will trap its victim right before incinerating them but personally i dont see myself using this jutsu.
How would you counter this?:
i would counter with water, mizu rappah(water horn), or and earth wall, or even a lightning armour.

na i cant think of any...its probably going to be the same using this jutsu as a decoy.

yeah i think it does, because i believe that the spider isnt small and also as it surrounds the opponent that too could block his view of me.

the purpose of the ring of fire i think would be for me to be able to form the spider from it, you know like shape manipulate the spider from the flames and also to trap him(this should be the most important)

kefa starts to build his fire chakra, channelling it from his gut to his mouth, since there are no need of hand seals, kefa breathes in and focuses on the chakra and kneads it into fire right before spewing it out, keeping the flow of chakra constant kefa is able to do a stream of constant flow of fire *
How/when might you use this in battle?:
when i might use this would probably be when my opponent is in a really tight spot(like in a trap), or he is running and i start this stream of fire, following him as he runs. how i might use this technique would differe, i can use it to defend against a fire ball jutsu and its b class brother, i can attack with with wind and use this as a follow up(vice versa)

i dont see any reasons to not use this technique

i dont know, i havent thought of it yet
to keep distance between us, its like a flame thrower so the opponent will surely stay back

*kefa starts to build his fire chakra channeling it towards his right hand, kefa having successfully done that, kneads the chakra into fire around his right formarm, fire coats kefa's right hand ad then kefa swing his right arm from left to right to release a line of fire from his forearm towards the ground. As the flames hit the ground, kefa releases more chakra to shape manipulate the flames that hit the ground into a wall of fire.*

1. The wall of flames is created either in front of you or at mid range from you(this is an advantage especially if you want to block the fire graze ball tech, if the user makes a wall infron of him that is short range the explosion from the fire graze ball will affect him, but if he makes the wall of at mid range he is safe from the explosion effect*
2.the user can use this to his advantage after making the wall of flames the user can then use a wind jutsu that will be ignited by the wall of flames as it travels towards the opponent(defensive and offensive).
3.the user can use this jutsu not only to defend himself but it will also block each other's view of each other, the user can den use d hiding like a mole tech, since the opponent can't see him.

1. The wall of flames if made at short range the user can feel the effects of some jutsu like the fire graze ball, or a wind Jutsu and having no time to react. If he wall is made at mid range and the opponent is able to dodge it the user will have to Think fast and come up with a counter.

*kefa pulls out his sword, and races towards his sempai, upon reaching him, kefa holds out his sword in a reverse grip, he does an upward vertial slash at his sempai, he then quickly switches to a normal grip and does a diagonal downward slash from his top left to bottom right, and finally kefa does a horizontal slash from his bottom right to his bottom right, making his sempai fall to d ground, kefa then jumps up in the air and releases a powerful fire similar to b ranked katon gou ka ku no jutsu...scorching his sempai thus ending him.*

*kefa starts to build his fire chakra again while forming the 3 hand seals shown to him by his sempai, kefa kneads the chakra into flames and then uses shape manipulation to condense and compress the whole flames into a small fire ball(similar to the giant fire ball that explodes on Impact the b ranked tech, like a grenade you say), the small fire ball which he then spits out from his mouth after he formed the last hand seal. Kefa spits it off into a distant where it then explodes as soon as it touches the ground.

1.can be used as a major attack,like use a fire jutsu that's very large in size before you then spit out this jutsu causing this jutsu to hide behind the other one and then explodes as it comes in contact with the opponents defense jutsu

They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire to turn into lava as it travels. Stomp on the ground to inject your earth chakra, forming a tunnel in front of you, heading under the opponent, making only a small opening just in front of you. 1.the jutsu would work perfectly of the opponent uses a jutsu as a decoy first causing the opponent to be occupied with the former jutsu and not see the user perform this jutsu
2.lie you said about it turning red before it erupts, if the opponent doesn't think fast he would be Caught in this jutsu thus the time he has to evade this jutsu is very little, so time factor here is crucial to the opponent when he tries to evade this jutsu

1.this jutsu to me takes a lot of time to be done, maybe a few minutes i'm not sure but I just feel like some time would be taken before this jutsu is done and its a disadvantage to the user
2.like you said it shows red when its about to erupt, giving the user atleast a few seconds to react to the lava about to erupt and if the opponent uses a water jutsu the fire lava would just go back to being a still earth

I don't see myself using this technique in battle being as it takes to much time and 2 different chakra natures, but if I have to use this jutsu I would first use the s rank lightning false spear as a decoy while my opponent tried to get out of that I use this jutsu or I put my opponent in a genjutsu where the terrain stays d same, while I use this jutsu.

I would stop him before he finishes this jutsu but if I can't stop him before he finishes then I would most likely use water style colliding wave, towards the ground. As soon as my opponent starts preparations.

Okay I have seen d video, so here is how I see it, once he stomps on the ground, I would form the ram hand seal and release lightning false spear s ranked at him, if he preoccupied me with a jutsu and starts doing this jutsu lemme say he is at the part where the flames he spew out is making where I stand hot right before it glows red and him forming the hand seal, I would use water style collding wave on the ground below me, the water would cool the ground preventing the eruption
