*kefa listens to instructions and start to try It out, kefa builds his fire chakra from his gut to his mouth keeping it constant, kefa forms the tiger hand seal and releases a stream of fire(kefa kept the building and releasing of chakra from his mouth constant so that he could stream the fire.) kefa aims the streaming if fire on the ground, this heads towards the clone that Shinta sempai Made, as the fire heads towards the clone kefa makes use of shape manipulation to make the fire form a cirlcw on te the ground around the clone(the clone is in the fire circle), kefa does the process again but this time the streaming flame is directed towards the clone.*

Good, you can use that jutsu in many ways, other than what I just asked you to do. Just experiment a little, see what others do too. It's also a nice one to mix with a wind jutsu.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal by utilizing their fire chakra, the user will create a stream of fire that can be manipulated into several forms (rings of fire that runs on the ground or a circle of fire flying through the air) before striking the target. It can also be used in combination with a suitable wind technique to release a massive inferno.

Throw four kunai with cord attached to them so they land on the ground just past my clone, almost so he can reach out and pluck them without having to move from his spot. Hold onto the other end of the cords as you perform the Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger hand seals. Then you will breathe fire onto the cords, direting the flame along them so that they will eventually burn my clone as the flames erupt on impact. Hold the cord so that it in under tension and won't droop down to hit the ground.

How might you use this in battle?

*kefa pulls out four kunais that are rigged with wire cod, kefa prepares himself to throw them at shinta sama's clone, kefa flings all four kunai at once while building his fire chakra, the kunais kefa threw gets closer to the clone, with one piercing the clones gut and 2 pressing its feet and one which seemed to have missed passing the clones shoulder, kefa puts the wire cod in his mouth(to free his hands so that he can form hand seals) and pull back a little causing the kunai that seemed to have missed to come back, that kunai comes back stabbing the clones shoulder, kefa then forms the required hand seals and focusing his chakra to the cord wire(like infusing his chakra in the wire), kefa releases the built chakra therefor releasing a huge flame, the flames follows kefa's chakra that infused with the cord, straight to the clone and from there the clone becomes engulfed in flames.*

How might you use this in battle?
i would try to wrap the wire cord around him, before incinerating him in the flames, or i'll make sure the kunais stabs him so that as he tries to pull it out, i release the flame.

Description: The user will perform four handseals Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger , and breathe fire along a cord or any other type of long object, which rushes forward in straight line catching the enemy on fire. A line of enemies can be used as the conductor as well. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon.

Perform the Tiger hand seal as you charge your fire chakra into you lungs, coughing up a small ball of fire at that tree over there.

This is the Jutsu the Third Hokage used in conjunction with an earth technique to create a pseudo-lava combination.

Description: The user exhales a flame breath from their mouth after making one handseal. This technique can be used in conjunction with Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet to ignite the projectiles fired by the latter technique, making it more devastating.

Gather your fire chakra as your perform the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger hand seal, then release from you mouth a volley of many small fire balls big enough to hide a shuriken in each one... which is what you're going to do! As you release the fire balls, throw a shuriken in each fireball so that a little extra surprise will be in store for my clone.

*kefa prepares himself to do the tech that his sempai has just finish instructing him on how to do the tech, kefa starts to build his fire chakra and as usual kefa channels the chakra straight to his mouth, waiting for the right time to expel it, as kefa builds the chakra and channels it kefa breaks the chakra flow after sometime, so the when he expels it, it can be various fire balls and not a fire ball/streaming of fire, kefa also makes use of shape manipulation to therefore make the broken chakra into fire balls, kefa finally expels up 2 6 fire balls(small fire balls that are well condensed with flamEs, to therefore hide the shuriken)kefa then immediately puts his hand in his tool pouch and pull out six shuriken which he then throws into the flames of fire balls, which then travel towards his sempai*

*Seeing the small fire balls coming at him, Yahiko simply expels some water from his mouth to create a near instant barricade of water around himself.* You'll need to do better than that xD Yes that counter was over-kill, but there are lower ranked versions of that attack that you can use. I used a water barricade/shield as I can see through the transparent water.

*kefa is amazed by his sempai's jutsu that he didn't clearly hear what the next jutsu instruction was, but when kefa came to reality he did what he thought would be the technique, kefa starts to build his fire chakra and channelling it from his gut to his mouth, kefa moves forward to build and channel more chkra into the already built one, so that he could gain complete control of the fire(when he releases it), kefa breathes in/inhales a deep amout of air, and then kefa releases a flae of thick fire directed towards a near by tree, kefa uses shpe manipulation partially so that the flame he released will be able to bend, as the flame gets closer to the tree it goes round it like it is wrapping the tree and eventually engulfs the tree in flames*

*kef starts to build his fire chakra sending/channeling it from his gut to his mouth, as kefa is about to relese the fire ball, he focuses almost all the chakra he built into the brightness of the fire ball, not caring about shape mnipulating it or mking it hot, since he is following instructions, kefa finall releases a fire ball, which indeed was relatively small, but extremely bright*a

How can I utilize this in bttle?
I could use this technique to not only cause damge but to temporarily cause blindness due to the bright flame.

To cause blindness, where do you think you'll have to aim it? If you hit someone's foot then it wouldn't do any good.

You could even consider using this in the NW as a kind of flare, since it reaches long range.

You will hit him from the left, right and front sides with one of the three flame sections.

*kefa starts to build a lot of his fire chakra, kefa channels the chakra from his gut to his mouth, kneading the chakra into fire completely, kefa then starts to form the required hand seals and with the use of shape manipulation kefa forms the fire into a dragon, from there kefa looks towards the sky as he releases a big fire dragon from his mouth, kefa makes use of more shape/chakra manipulation, as he divides the big fire dragon into 3, with each of it going towards the left, right and centre/front of the training dummy that kefa's sempai prepared for him, the 3 flames hit the dummy all at once, therefore incinerating it to ash*

Description: The user first performs seven handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger and kneads chakra into flames, which are then manipulated into a genuine-looking dragon. The flames are divided to launch a left side, right side, and frontal assault in all three directions at once, turning the enemy into ash in a matter of seconds.

Now charge your hand with fire chakra and throw small, compact balls of fire at my clone. These fire balls shouldn't be hot enough to set things on fire, but they should be packed with enough fire chakra to cause a detonation on impact. The best way of using these it to strike the ground near you opponent, stopping them from moving in that direction while dealing damage from the explosion.
