Description: The user fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, enabling the user to perform kirin.
Adv: 1: It causes the clouds to superheat, so it causes Kirin. Just Kirin. KIRIN KIRIN KIRIN. A Secondary from a majority: It is Long Range fireballs, so that's new.
Disadv: It is only B-Rank. It is only really used to make Kirin happen.

You said do the ones that I haven't used as a tech!
But, I'll do 'em.
Fire Biscuit
Adv: In the oven, it will easily burn the opponent away. And kill him with smoke.
Disadv: It take more time to get it underground and in the oven.
Burning Ash
Adv: When the Ash surrounds the opponent, he can't see outside because of the consistency. Also, the flame will destroy him.
Disadv: The ash can be blown away with Wind easily.
Hard Work
Adv: It grows bigger on surface with anything to a huge size.
Disadv: It is somewhat small before it hits a surface.
Dust Ignition
Adv: It makes use of the terrain around you, and can grow to another range.
Disadv: If your on Ice or meta or Etc.l, this won't do anything.
But, I'll do 'em.

Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.
For this Jutsu you are going to roll out on of the scrolls that I just handed to you and apply a massive amount of Katon chakra on either of your palms. Then you are going to slam your hand on the scroll and apply the Katon chakra to it, summoning a massive Fire dragon that will head straight towards my clones and destroy about 1/3 of the remaining clones. Remember to increase the pressure on your Katon chakra so the dragon will explode on impact with what ever it touches.
Now on to the next Jutsu xd

* I grab your scroll and lay it out. It is on the ground. I channel my chakra to my Left Hand. I transform a Large Amount of it into Katon Chakra. I pressure and compact my Katon so it is compact. I flow the Katon out my hand. I mold the Chakra around my hand. I raise my hand up, then I slam my hand down onto my hand. I flow the Katon into the scroll. I shape that Katon into Fire, then an Explosive Flame Dragon. I summon the Dragon out the scroll, and I direct it at about 250 of your clones. It touches three, and explodes killing all of them*

Description: The user summons a tiger made of flames from a scroll, directing it towards the target, and attaching itself onto the target and explode causing massive damage on detonation making it similar to a paper bomb.
Okay, now you are going to do the same thing, except this time when you send your Katon chakra into the other scroll I handed you, a giant tiger will come out. Make sure that you increase the pressure of the tiger so it can explode when it attaches to my clone. This technique is very similar to the paper bomb technique, as it attaches and then explodes. With enough pressure the explosion should be able to take out half of my clones.

Description: The user after combining Fire Release: Intense pain and Wind Release: Pressure Damage at the same time. This creates a blast that is so intense that a standard water technique (ex : Water Release: Water Encampment Wall) can only at most soften of the impact. It was successsfully stopped by Yamato and Naruto's Typhoon water vortex.
For this Jutsu you are going to begin by gathering up a huge amount of your Fuuton chakra, adding more and more pressure to the chakra and then exhaling it in front of you. After that you are going to shape the chakra into a huge ball which you will sharpen to the maximum of your abilities. Immediately after that has been done you are going to gather up another large amount of Katon chakra and increase the pressure exponentially. Finally you will release the Fireball which will then combine with the windball, making a huge ball of fire.

*Inhale a large amount of Wind. I fuse the wind in my stomach with chakra. I try to compact the Fuuton into a very tough layered amount of Fuuton that is giant. I start exhaling the Fuuton out my mouth. As I blow it out, I mold it into a Giant Ball of Wind. I blow it all out into the ball, that I immediately fire forward. I inhale a giant of Wind quickly that goes into my stomach that I fuse with chakra. I fuse the chakra into Katon Chakra. I mold the Katon chakra so it is more intense than usual. I blow the Katon Chakra out, and I mold it into a very giant Ball of Fire. I mold it all together to make the giant Fire ball that is massive in Width and Length. I quickly blow it at the Wind Ball, and they fuse together in a matter of seconds. The one blast now is so big you can't see past it at any direction. It destroys some clones, and a large amount of terrain.*
