Yashiro makes his way to the training grounds all geared up and ready to train his first student, upon arrival, he notices the student not even there yet, he then drops to the ground and positions himself with his butt flat on the ground and his legs crossed, in a seated position, with his eyes closed.

"My first student best not spoil this for me..."

Bonehead. He never was the best navigator. He strayed from the path and got lost along the way, literally. But attention deficit wasn't the only contributing factor; He'd previously had a conversation with a dragon, however stilted it was. A dragon. A beast he thought never to exist outside of fiction - And yet he talked to one not a few hours earlier. Talk about normalcy.

The dragon, Ancalagon, was to teach him in the ways of fire. However, Kimimaro was not accustomed to being in the presence of such a creature. It made him uneasy to know such a creature existed, not out of fear, but rather confusion. It was for this reason that he would instead learn under another. The help. According to Ancalagon, this person was a master of the fire element himself, one whose strength and intelligence were trusted and valued. He was a helper to the dragon, but a senior to Kimimaro and was to be treated as such.

Kimimaro had planned to show up early to their meeting to show his initiative, but let his attention wander in remembrance to the events just previously experienced. He'd met and conversed with a mythical creature and found that he had a hard time accepting what just happened and that there was any "help" at all. When he came to, he realized he'd lost his way and was late to training. So in ecstasy, he hurriedly made his way to the established training grounds.

That was the story he fed the man in front of him - His new teacher

Yashiro opens his eyes and looks up at his student...

"You are late U_U, anyway let's get started shall we..."

Yashiro then reaches to his back pocket and takes out an old notebook of his, which fits firmly into his back pocket along with a pen attached to the to of the notebook...

Yashiro then takes the pen and scribbles a few notes into it rather quickly before handing it to student...

  • What is Fire? and explain the Fire Release Element.
  • What is Fire Release strong against?
  • What is Fire Release weak against?
  • Name five Fire Release Element users.
  • Which KG's are produced by having an affinity to the Fire Release Element?
"Please answer all of these questions for me, before we move on and remember if you have any questions or do not understand anything feel free to ask me anything, I'd do my best to provide an appropriate answer."

Note: Please do not use narutowiki to provide a massive description on the Element, I want you to use your own knowledge and answer the questions for yourself even if the answer is short, just be sure to mention all the key parts, that way you would have a better understanding and everything we learn will be admitted to memory and/or come from our own memory.

A rock cannot throw itself without someone to lift it, but fire is different. It lives. It breathes. Like a wild beast with a dead ego, rampant fire will burn everything to the ground without someone to "hold the reigns." It's for those reasons that people often associate fire with destruction; However fire can conversely be seen as symbolizing life. The sun is the greatest source of fire in our solar system. Without the sun, plants could not grow. In times of a bad harvest, the population of animals takes a dive, with people following not long after. There are two sides to this story; While dangerous and potentially life-threatening, fire is also paramount to one's continued survival.

In terms of its relation to us as shinobi, fire is weak to water for obvious reasons; Water extinguishes fire. Conversely, fire is strong against wind, because wind feeds flames. When used in conjunction with doton, fire can melt down the earth and convert it into lava. When combined with wind . . . I already touched on that. Additionally, when combined with lightning, the electricity will serve to speed up the already rapidly moving particles in fire (because of the vibrations transferring their energy) while the fire heats up the lightning in its plasma state (again, a transfer of energy). The end result is a combination that produces substantial amounts of heat (far more than ordinary fire), incinerating everything within the immediate vicinity of its trajectory because of the innumerable minute vibrating particles; It would grind/burn everything to nothing (That's my theory for one way the elements can be used in conjunction)

A few fire release user's are Asuma Sarutobi, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Jiraiya, Roshi and Mei Terumi. A few KG that involve the fire element are Lava Release, Boil Release, Dust Release and Scorch Release

Yashiro stands amazed at his students intelligence and says...

"Excellent, you have done your homework, Your response is satisfactory, though in accordance to the strengths and weaknesses, I'd like to point out a few things that might be helpful and grant you somewhat of a better understanding of what one could do with the fire release element.

Yashiro then pauses for a second and walks over to a nearby tree, he then gathers a low amount of his fire release chakra and releases a small fireball at the tree setting it on fire...

"Take note of what I am about to demonstrate right now, for it will be crucial in serious battle to use strategy instead of just brute force...

As the tree is engulfed in flames Yashiro starts to gather his water chakra and releases it, hosing down on the tree and killing the fire, a small amount of steam arises from the tree before Yashiro starts explaining what the purpose of this demonstration was...

"Now you see that fire is weak against water, as water simply douses the flames and extinguishers, now take note that once I killed the fire, a type of mist or rather steam has risen from the burning tree, now that simple steam could be used to your advantage by using it to mask your location due to the fact that your opponent wouldn't be able to see you perfectly or hear you as well due to the sound a fire makes when its being extinguished, though you could use this to your advantage, you would still have to make sure that you use the appropriate rank to counter the technique, like for example if your opponent uses an A Ranked Water technique, you could use an S Ranked Fire technique to counter the water technique which would work and cancel each other out, but you could utilize the steam left behind from the collision to your advantage.

Though it is preferred to use a technique which the water technique is weak against, I am just pointing these simple things out since you are learning the fire release element, and it might help you out in your future battles, so any questions before we move on?

Yashiro then gets his notebook ready while awaiting his students response...

"That is only one of the many ways to use the Fire Element strategically, but nevertheless, let's move on to the techniques..."

Ancalagon's Training Method

This is an original training method created and designed by my Sensei that is listed below with the criteria you should complete for every technique...

1. Explain yourself performing the technique in a well detailed description. Necessary hand seals, nature and shape manipulation should be included as well.
2. List advantages and disadvantages of the technique.
3. I will post a counter to each technique you learn. Depending on what I post, tell me if it is a good or bad counter, and the reasons why. Don't focus on ranking as much for this, just focus on the properties and characteristics of each technique.
4. Rate the technique's speed of use, and why you rated it so:
1. Fast
2. Medium
3. Slow
Any Questions?

( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release a small but powerful flame of fire at their opponent.
"Ok now, start by gathering a small amount of your chakra and then mold it to that of fire release chakra, then proceed by channeling the fire chakra into the lungs and finally release through your mouth in the form of a small flame."

"Try it on this nearby bush, and turn it into a bond fire."

I know that the description doesn't give you much in the jutsu and my description is short as well, but I am not here to perform every technique for you, I am just covering the main things so that you understand and might be able give me a well written description, however if I am not satisfied with your description, I will write one of my own just so that you could basically see what it is that I would be happy with.
