Well did it fire a huge blast. if it did then u mastererd it but just to make sure....(forms a shadow clone and it forms a katon rasengan) we will smash our two rasengans against each other using clones becuz if mine is stronger than that means u didnt completely master it and ur clone will be obliterated with double the power of a normal one but if they are equal they will clash and cause a huge inferno to explode over, id say, a mile-radius.
So lets test it out.
