I start by gathering and molding my fire chakra in my lungs while breathing in, and breath out a small stream of fire which ignites in front of me, I then gather my wind chakra and release a gust of wind which carries the fire outward to Mid range, incinerating my enemy and the surrounding area

How to use the template and fill it out effectively. This will also help your career in RP but it is quite a read though I do expect you to read it and carefully at that. I will notice if you have or not, and failure to write out the template correctly will result in a re-do of the jutsu(s).

Performance
When it comes to the performing point of the template, its all about imagination but this one is considered the most obvious of the whole template. When the student performs something you need to paint a picture in the teachers head to give them a clear image of everything that is going on and how you are reacting or feeling about the jutsu. Each jutsu will give different feelings and reaction. It is your job simply to show me how and what you are feeling and what is going on when performing the jutsus.

The things I expect in the performance are two things that are most important when performing the jutsus. The first is called Nature Manipulation. Nature manipulation is when the user will manipulate or control their raw chakra to change in basic nature which is one of the five basic elements. Now most people like to simply say something like this:
I gather my chakra and nature manipulate it into lightning chakra.
Yes this is okay but where is the creativity or the respect of actually wanting to perform and feel the jutsu? Now to explain every basic element properly on how to manipulate chakra into nature with more imagination and creativity such examples like this would work.
With my raw chakra gathered I begin to take focus upon the chakra. I begin to think of the warmth of the very sun and the blazing heat it gives off, I condense the chakra and finally mold the chakras nature into fire.

After gathering my chakra, I begin to take full control over it. I sharpen the chakra having the precious sharpness that surpasses that of a sword. Successfully I mold the chakra into wind chakra.
Now this is pretty much the basis when it comes to nature manipulation on how I see fit and what is best to impress your teacher. Now if you are wondering about how should I explain all the natures, well think about their property. Lightning has high frequent vibration and electrical sharpness, fire is superheated and blazing warm, water is free-flowing and very flexible, earth is rough and versatile, wind is sharp and thin with great accuracy. To be able to explain them you simply have to free your mind and become as creative as you can.

Now I can understand some times you don't want to go that deep into the jutsu because some are more simple then others and I can understand that, all I ask is to try and not be lazy with it.

The second thing that is most important when performing a jutsu correctly is called Shape manipulation. Now this is when you take the chakra or the chakra nature and shape it into any form or shape it requires to be properly formed. Shapes include spheres, animals (All types), blades, ect. This is all about attention to detail, and how precious you want to be when trying to perform the jutsu. Now here is a regular example that is done usually.
I manipulate the shape of my chakra to form a bullet.
Though again, that is not exactly wrong but where is the fun and creativity in that? This is all about paying attention to detail and how much you want to focus up on it. Here are some other examples that are more suffice.
After gathering my lightning chakra, I lengthen its size and sharpen the edge of the chakra to create a spear of lightning.

As I gather my chakra and release it forward, I begin to shape it and make it round as well as smooth leaving no bumps to create a spherical ball of chakra.
This is pretty much all it takes nothing more or less. You do not need to go extreme but detail is always best not only for me as a teacher but when you get in the habit of making proper and creative replies it will follow you in battle and help you greatly their when the time comes.

Creative uses/strengths

Now we are getting to the important part of all this. Now with this template I expect two things each with a total amount of detail. What I mean is firstly I expect you to tell me the strengths of a certain jutsu, I don't care how it works. I want to know what makes it useful. Things like that can include the jutsu is able to move in all ranges giving it a large amount of mobility. Another is you can send multiple attacks with one jutsu to attack more then one opponent or trying to barrage the opponent with attacks to make evasion difficult. Yes this are quite the small strengths but stuff like this count in the eyes of a teacher and needs to be taken in account. Though those are just some small examples what you really need to do is look into the jutsu itself. Try adding all or as much strengths with what you see in the jutsu. Also I understand some jutsus are more simple then others and might not have as much advantages but that is okay, its all about trying and thinking about it. But I do expect 1-3 strengths mentioned.

Lastly to perfect the strength portion, this is simple but something so many students fail to do. When you give a strength explain why that is considered a strength. Yes explain why. This is the most important part because it shows us how you plan on using it in battle and the teacher will be able to pick out what you have done wrong specifically. So simply saying it goes long range does not make it a hardcore advantage because if you think about it, that can also be considered a disadvantage. So by saying that it is very wrong and can confuse the teacher, all we really do is assume and guess what you are trying to say. So trying to perfect it, you would need to say something like this.This is the correct and proper way in doing the strength portion of the template.
The jutsu goes in long range, because of this the opponent will not be able to evade that easily by just pushing back and it can correspond with other jutsus.
Now the second portion of the template is creative usages. What is this is simply a combo or something you would do with the jutsu. This helps the teachers notice your style and what you are likely to accomplish in fighting so if you are doing anything wrong we can inject it and fix it so you do not make a mistake in battle. This is all about just being creative, every jutsu has a unique usage and can be used creatively or at the very least used in correspondence with other jutsus to create a combo to attack the opponent or turn the table on them.

Simple combos are of all kind, and most teachers will explain the jutsus usually giving a combo or a usage you can use, but it is the very basic of it. It is simply meant to show you how it is meant to be used or just to give you an idea. All because the teacher says it does not mean we want you to repeat what we said. You need to come up with another detail or combo. Simple combos could be like sending a fire jutsu towards the opponent and then use a jutsu to shake the ground to put the opponent off balance so it will be hard to react with the attack, and a more powerful combo could be when sending a fire jutsu direct it towards the ground and then send a single blade of wind behind the fire, which you can then activate the blade to turn into a hurricane to create a powerful fire vortex. Though with newer RPers they tend to sometimes use basic combos because they have seen less of the jutsu list or understand it less then others, but when you move on and learn more jutsu creating combos become much more easier and you begin to take action effectively.

Drawbacks/counters

Now this is the complete opposite of the strengths and creative usages. This is as equal as the strengths and creative usages for it allows the teacher to see exactly how is your understanding of the jutsu. Usually when people look at jutsus they tend to leave this with very little detail and failure to explain it properly. This is because many people believe disadvantages are to obvious to try and explain on why its a disadvantage which is the wrong mentality when doing this point. There are things with drawbacks and counter that need to be taken in account. What I usually expect from the student here is at least 1-3 drawbacks and at least one counter for the jutsu you would do.

Drawbacks when looking into it is not explained from the student, it is usually because of the double standards people give to jutsus. As I explained in the above long range attacks would be great attacks but their are disadvantages to them, one being is if the opponent is long range it will take much more time for the attack to reach the opponent so they will be able to counter the attack with ease. The thing is when it comes to advantages their will always be a disadvantage to that very thing. If something is great to use in short range battle it is useless in long range, if the jutsu is a projectile technique it can be used with combos but the jutsu will usually be straightforward and easy to anticipate. This is something always to consider when writing disadvantages that they're will always be one as long as you have listed advantages or mention them. So if you have two advantages mentioned then their is a huge likely hood that their will be two disadvantages with that, so their should not be much of a ratio difference between the two.

Listing proper drawbacks all depends on the way you fight and how you see the jutsu being used, usually it is looked at if the jutsu is sent or used against you, what would be the initial weaknesses you would sense. Firstly too look into listing them you have to take account everything in your senses and the jutsu concept. When it comes to the senses examples include if you send a large fire attack towards the opponent you will likely not be able to see through the fire so you won't be able to see how they are moving or what they are doing. If the opponent tries to use a jutsu with earth release that uses the ground as a medium you will be able to use your sense of feel, to feel the density of the ground begin to shift or change. Stuff like this are obvious disadvantages. Now when it comes with the jutsu concept those are usually the usual people tend to look into, so lets say the chidori only works in close range battle so it can't be used for anything but close range battle limiting the jutsu. Also jutsus that have long list of hand seals are disadvantages because it might take some time to perform the jutsu leaving you open. Streaming techniques are usually not good to use with combos but you have complete control where you aim them. (Notice their how their is a disadvantage but also a advantage because of that ability)

Lastly when it comes to countering the jutsu. Now how teachers picture your combos is usually as if the jutsu has already been sent so saying things like:
While he is performing the long list of hand seals I will send an attack before he completed them.
Yes they work but it will not always be the case like that so you need to be able to counter it as if it was already sent, though its not bad to mention that aspect saying because of the hand seals you can counter before he completes them but it is not what we look at, you are not simulating a battle situation, and that is what teachers what you to try to do and how they want to teach as if you were in battle. Remember when we were talking about how disadvantages work? Those are usually what a person will look at when trying to counter the jutsu, so lets say the opponent sends a lightning blade towards you as a projectile attack, this is what is acceptable.
Due to the fact it is straight forward and easy to notice (See the disadvantage) I can simply figure out where it is heading and I can create a dense defense like a wall or try to overpower it.
So using those disadvantages you listen can be used to make the proper counter towards the jutsu so remember that.

Lastly it is the type of counters we want to see. When it comes to countering a jutsu we don't want you just to stop the jutsu, we want you to turn the table and go on the offense so to impress try to add ways to not only defend but attack as well. Also try not to spam the same counter over and over, what I mean by that is if the opponent sends a lightning attack don't just say:
I will send a wind attack to overpower it.
That is far to generic, yes some techs are more straightforward then others but those should be the ones you can formulate better counters with, its okay to experiment and say something new or outside the box, that is what teachers want to see and what they expect. So instead of using a wind jutsu, why not use a water pillar to launch you in the air and then send a attack to go on the quick offense? Simple yes, but at least it is not generic and overdone.

So that is the basis of everything, all in all try to have fun and be creative with it, this is meant for enjoyment as well as a learning experience.

(Katon: Goka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Hellfire Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and breath out from their mouth a large fireball that travels at the opponent. As it reaches the opponent it bursts into a maelstrom of fire engulfing them in flames.

The user will send a fireball towards the opponent by gather the katon chakra and send it from their mouths, its of large size so you will not see through or around it when first sent so be weary of that. I would say as large as the uchia fireball and it is very dense with heat and fire, it travels fast straight to the opponent and when it gets in short range of the opponent, it bursts into a maelstrom of fire which attempts to engulf the opponent in flames burning them from all over their bodies. This is a projectile based technique so combos can work with it well something simple like to restrict the opponents movement with binding techniques. Very easy to perform and fast as well so its a great technique to use.


( Katon: Goka Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique

Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

The user will focus katon chakra onto 3 evenly spaced areas on the terrain anywhere short to mid range. With a stomp on the ground you will activate the katon chakra which will have 3 very large fire pillars to be released and rise where you concentrated the three fire chakra location. This pillars are great to use as defensive walls, though each are equvialent to B-Rank fire power. Also you can use to attack multiple targets who are standing next to one another or trying to overpower the opponent with constant attacks and limit space around them, and it can hit low aerial targets/summons. Fast to use and right after they are released you can move onto the next jutsu for a follow up so its great with combos. Before the pillars officially begin to rise the opponent can notice the heat on the ground so it will allow a small window of evasion or stopping the technique. Using a over flowing water tech over the terrain to prevent them from rising is basic.


(Katon: Ryuen Hoka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

This jutsu is very similar to the B-Rank fire jutsu Fire release: Great Dragon Fire. The user with one hand seals will send towards the opponent a number of dragon shaped fireballs from their mouths, this is a great jutsu to use to attack more then one targer as well. All of this and can travel any range as well making it mobile. The fireballs are of intense and great heat. They are very dense as well but can back fire. The power is so great that a small touch of the fire can burn the opponent badly. They are projectile based attacks with that being said the attacks are straight forward as they are sent and can be used with combo attacks greatly, adding wind to create large amount of fireballs would be great. The more fireballs you send the weaker they get.

As the fireball reaches him, it's burst into a maelstrom of fire which expands outward surrounding my enemy in a raging fire that sears the flesh right off their bones
Creative uses/strengths: It is of large size, making it hard to see thru. Which can be good if you are trying to get out of view say using something like Hiding like a mole before the enemy see's where you went
Drawbacks/counters: Well, like it's advantage, I would say that cutting the line of view is a double edged sword, as you are also no longer able to see what your opponent is doing either!

( Katon: Goka Honoo no Hashira Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Great Fire Flame Pillars Technique
Perform the technique: I start by gathering my raw chakra, molding and kneading it's very nature into a firey burning sensation, changing it's very nature into fire chakra inside. I then begin to knead my fire chakra into the ground directly 1 meter in front of me right next to one another connected side to side and with a stomp of my foot, 3 huge pillars of fire rise up in front of me, effectively protecting me from my enemies lunging taijutsu attack and launching him upwards while burning and practically incinerating him
Creative uses/strengths: Well, like you stated, the true strength in this one lies in you being able to attack multiple targets at once that are trying to overwhelm you with multiple attacks at once (Something I love doing lol) also I like that you can release your chakra into the ground and sort of have it on standby until you stomp releasing it
Drawbacks/counters: I would say it's main drawback is it is very meta-game-able. If you say that it's common for people to use a large water technique to stop the jutsu from forming it means a lot of people are reading that move and conveniently using a water jutsu without any foreknowledge, but I guess it is what it is ^^ Also the heat forming around their feet being a giveaway doesn't help things either

(Katon: Ryuen Hoka no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique
Perform the technique: I begin gathering my chakra, molding a huge amount of raw chakra inside of myself. As I change it's very nature to that of a burning raging blaze inside me, I perform the Tiger seal, compressing a large amount of my fire chakra inside and then expel from me 3 dragon head-shaped fireballs, Which I then manipulate my fire chakra inside them to launch them straight at my opponent, churning up the topsoil as they rage towards my opponent because of their solid nature, striking my enemy sending him flying back as the flesh is seared off his bones
Creative uses/strengths: I was thinking along the same lines as you were, that a nice quickly performed wind jutsu behind this would be like adding fuel to the, well, fire! I really like that they reach long range so you are able to move on to your next attack as soon as they are launched
Drawbacks/counters: Seems a big drawback would be if you go a little overboard, recklessly creating too many dragon heads and weakening it tremendously. Also, although it's long range is an advantage, it also is a disadvantage if used against an opponent long ranged as they have more time to counter/dodge

(Katon: Goen no Jutsu) - Fire Release: Great Flame Technique

Description: The user does one handseal and inhales while molding a great amount of chakra into their lungs and expelling a large stream of flames from their mouth. The user has control over the concentration of the technique, being able to produce a narrow jet of flames, highly concentrated or one that will widen along its range. The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time.

Okay very simple, the user will perform one hand seal and inhale a large stream of fire towards the opponent from their mouth. Its stream technique so you will have to constently send the fire towards an opponent. This technique those gives great freedom on its manipulation, the opponent can condense it creating a narrow jet of flames that burns on impact and aims for attacker though easier to evade but travels faster also you can see around the narrow jets, or a wide spread which can engulf the opponent and take out more then one enemy as well make it harder for evasion since it covers a wider range but you will not be able to see around the stream of fire. Funny thing is it only travels up to short-mid range for both releases you send. This is great as a finisher of combos or can distract the opponent pushing them back.


(Katon: Bakuryugeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike

Description: The user through use of one their scrolls will summon a large flame dragon that is directed towards the enemy target and explodes upon impact.

The user takes out a scroll and sends a fire chakra towards it and releases it forward sending a large dragon towards the opponent which explodes on impact. This is a projectile based technique so its combo friendly right when the dragon is released, its easy to counter though when a opponent takes out a scroll that is the window for attack since it might take some time and a fast opponent can take advantage of that small window, for you try to gain some time with a distraction or supplementary jutsu like genjutsu can or binding techniques. Its rather basic and has little effort in performing it. Ways to counter would include a type of evasion as well as strong defense. Mainly due to it being straightforward and aiming at you. You can supplement the power with a wind jutsu to have it travel further. It is different compared to other techniques since it explodes on contact which burns the opponent thrusts them back.


(Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion

Perform the technique:I gather and mold my chakra, changing it's nature to fire chakra as I breath in and perform 1 hand seal, and I breath out a narrow stream of fire which douses my opponent in fire like being sprayed by a high pressured water hose but with fire coming out of it.
Creative uses/strengths:Being able to manipulate it's shape to a concentrated attack, or a wide spread attack that can hit multiple targets is a huge plus for a powerful fire attack. The one hand seal also makes this very fast to use.
Drawbacks/counters:Easy to see coming if you use the narrow jet version, but easier to counter if widespead because of the size of it and not being concentrated

(Katon: Bakuryugeki) - Fire Release: Exploding Dragon Strike
Perform the technique:I gather and mold my chakra, changing it's very nature to that of fire chakra as I pull out o scroll, quickly unraveling it releasing my fire chakra into it, creating a large Dragon of fire to appear from the scroll and quickly attacks my enemy head on, exploding on contact burning them severely and sending them flying backwards to the ground
Creative uses/strengths:Like you stated, very combo-able once it it launched, but def. seems like it needs a catalyst, like gen or something to distract/immobilize the enemy first
Drawbacks/counters:It's a powerful attack, and almost tangible because of the impact damage, but that window of opportunity you mention the enemy has when I'm opening a scroll is a major drawback to me

(Katon Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Hitora Bakufu) - Fire Release Summoning Technique: Fire Tiger Explosion
Perform the technique:I gather and mold my chakra, changing it's nature to that of Fire as I pull out a scroll directing my gathered chakra onto it, and as it opens it releases a Tiger made of fire chakra which quickly attaches itself to my enemy, exploding with them as the epicenter, sending their limbs flying off in different directions around the field
Creative uses/strengths:Same as above, but instead of simply exploding knocking the enemy back, this one attaches to the enemy before exploding, making it harder to evade the explosion
Drawbacks/counters:I would say that moment when you have to open the scroll, that's a huge drawback, but also with this one needing to attach to the enemy before detonation makes it slightly less versatile than it's Dragon counter-part

(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation

Description: A technique where the user makes the horse hand seal and then kneads chakra inside his body which is then converted into fire and expelled from the mouth as a massive wall of intense flames, which covers an expansive range in both vertical and horizontal dimensions, making it extremely difficult to avoid. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

A dangerous and powerful katon jutsu made famous by Madara uchia. The user will keen a large amount of katon chakra and send a stream of intense and powerful flames towards the opponent which they rush through the ground making it act as a medium burning it with serious damage. It spreads a very wide range and burns everything in its path as well as able to move a long range towards the opponent. A great terrain changer you can easily destroy trees and evaporate water, a finisher jutsu in combinations as well or forcing the opponent to go on the defense. This is also a distracter type jutsu to lure a opponent out of position and push him back. A big downside to the jutsu is due to the large wall of flames it travels quite slow so it can be countered as it moves and you will not be able to see through or around the flames neither. A dangeroud jutsu indeed due to the sheer power it has.


(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

Another jutsu Madara Uchia made famous and very similar. The user will gather large amount of katon chakra and perform 7 hand seals, which is quite a lot, after that the user will spew the fire from their mouths towards the opponent. This jutsu is very similar to Great Fire Majestic Annihilation since it can easily burn the terrain altering it as well as evaporate water sources and burn down trees. A huge difference is it moves much faster especially through the air and can go up to long range. Its size is massive which can help but also hinder the user because they won't see through or around the flames but it will be hard to evade and the opponent will need a serious defense. This jutsu uses the air as a medium so it can be used in any area of the terrain.

Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.

One of the most dangerous techniques, the user will perform the necessary hand seals and gather katon chakra in their mouths, they will then release from their mouths large fireballs into the sky. The user is able to send up to 8 fireballs in total and will act to rain down up on the field around the opponent. This is a powerful technique but takes some time to fully release especially if you send more then one fireball. Its great to use in a mist area to send random attacks. Each of the fireballs have explosive property and as it lands it will cause a small explosion this can also alter the terrain creating craters and burning terrain features. This is great to send many attacks towards the opponent to force them in a tough situation and evasion is very tough. You can attack more then one opponent as well with the fireball. The fireballs move at long range as well, also the more you send the more the weaker the fireballs will get.

(Katon: Gōka Mekkyaku) - Fire release: Great Fire Majestic Annihilation
Perform the technique: I start by performing the Horse seal, kneading and molding my chakra inside, converting it's nature to fire chakra as I breath in, and I release the chakra as I spew out massive, ginormous tall and wide wall a fire that moves across the field at my enemy like a Tsunami crashing inland, burning everything in it's destructive path..
Creative uses/strengths: Such height and width, going underground may be an enemies only chance (Besides and well place high ranking water jutsu that is) But I would say it's main strength is having only 1 hand seal to perform, unlike it's doppelganger jutsu below
Drawbacks/counters:I would say, because of the wording in the jutsu itself: "due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far." It would be easily avoided as the enemy will take advantage of the extra time to escape. But...if they go underground to avoid it a well placed swamp might mess that up for them

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction
Perform the technique: I gather and mold my chakra, kneading it inside my body converting it's nature to fire, I breath in while performing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals and spew out of my mouth a raging inferno of great width and height, covering most of the terrain as it rages forward like a flamethrower utterly incinerating anything in it's path!
Creative uses/strengths:It seems to me they took care of the slow movement of the Great Fire Majestic Annihilation, but added the extra hand seals to even this out, however a fire specialist would be able to use this one very nicely and lightning fast, which I think will/would make this a very devastating jutsu, hard to avoid, capable to altering the terrain, eliminating water sources, it's got quick the punch to it
Drawbacks/counters:As is, it's only main weakness is all them bloody hand seals, making it to where if your not a Fire specialist, you should really cut their line of view or incapacitate them possibly thru genjutsu before using this. It's massive size is also still an issue as it will still take time to reach long range but seems like it will do so faster than the other one. A lot of people will probably opt to go underground to avoid it.

Perform the technique:I begin by gathering and molding my chakra, kneading it inside my body as I convert it's nature to fire, and as I inhale I perform the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals, and breath out 4 Great fireballs from my mouth at once towards the sky. I then manipulate my chakra inside the fireballs to direct them to land around my opponent in a 12-3-6-9 o'clock pattern 4 meters around them, having them crash down and explode on contact with the ground, catching the enemy in the epicenter of the blast, blowing them to bits from the force of 4 separate explosions assaulting their body from 4 sides at once, effectively killing them...forever as they lay in the center of a huge crater left in the attacks wake
Creative uses/strengths: I love this one ^_^ One of the uses I would do with this would be to corner an opponent, try to use this to guide them into position for another attack, or use it in a combination since it is will be launched and leaves room for a quick jutsu to be used and probably would hit at the same time. I'd love to use that water jutsu that puts oily flammable liquid all over the enemy and terrain before launching this, that would be fun and probably a very effective combination.
Drawbacks/counters: Having to send them at the sky is definitely a window of opportunity to be counter attacked on this one imo. Also, being greedy and sending too many, weakening their strength while foolishly believing it will destroy the enemy. I would only send 4 at most of these in combination with another attack after it's launched for sure. Weaving the seals is a little bit of a drawback, but I plan on making my Vegeta bio a Fire specialist so he will be able to use these with 1 quickly performed handseal ^_^
