Katakuri Charlotte, is one of Big Mom's sweet commanders, and has the highest known bounty in the OP verse, as we all found out, he has trained his Observation Haki to the point where he can basically see slightly into the future, and he killed a guy because he foresaw an assassination attempt that was about to take place in a few seconds. So, even the dumbest of NB users can see where this will be a problem for Bege and Luffy. The big question is, how can they overcome this? Give me some theories if ya got em

Plot twist!
Katakuri knows what Capone is planning but is going along with it because he too like most of his siblings hates Big Mom.

I don't think their plan will go through. I think katakuri will put a huge wrench in everything and save the picture. I bet bege and everyone decide to back out last second due to the impossibility but luffy kinda just barges in last second. And I'm thinking katakuri can only see actions that are premeditated. In other words, I don't think katakuri could see someone accidentally stepping on a nail, but he could see someone who intentionally plans on stepping on a nail and that is where I see luffy being one step ahaead

But can he predict Luffy's Bazooka Barrage? I don't think so.

Enel did.

@OP I think Germa is gonna do something about him, because advance technology seems like the only solution for that mess.

I expect Capone atleast has some countermeasures for this kind of ability. He knows the guy and what he can do.

He did say from here on out that the people/viewers are not gonna like how luffy beats the yonkous. But that's the only thing that makes sense to me atm.

That is not what Oda said at all. He said that Luffy won't be beating the yonkou the traditional way of punching them in the face.

That people are not going to like it is probably your own interpretation.

In what world would an author ever write something deliberately that his audience will dislike ?

if the assassination atttempt is five seconds long he could probably see how it ends. And knowing the way mama treats here suboridnates if its successful then i would argue he wouldnt do anything and claim big mom's power himself regardless of if he is in on the plan.

Didn't he actually say he doesn't know how Luffy will beat Kaido yet? I don't remember the not traditional way comment, could you link it?

Oda "When Kaidou appeared for the first time, I said that Luffy can't defeat such a strong character yet. And I'm yet to know how Luffy would defeat Kaidou. Probably my audience will not be satisfied if the reason for defeating Kaidou is just because Luffy's punch is so strong. Luffy and I have to find a solution somehow."

LMAOOO So this man Variah took "Just punching him wouldn't be satisfying to my readers, I'll have to find something new to satisfy them" and made it into Oda saying "**** the readers, I'm doing what I'm doing if it doesn't satisfy them?"

Some "fans" man.

I wonder if Katakuri can see a general future or just a specific persons future at a time and if it's the latter does he have to be looking at them to read their future or can he think of them and see their future? Can he read minds too or only see what actions they'll take? He could read Bege's future but if he can't read his mind and Bege isn't the shooter for instance then all he would see are Bege's actions which wouldn't spoil the plan.

All that said, the plan will almost certainly fail, the plan would result in a death at the hands of the MC and how often has Oda actually killed characters and how often was Luffy involved? So it's unlikely the plan will work but I'm curious how much Katakuri can see.

Doubt its the general future. It's probably wherever his attention is focused at.

He's not going to be seeing the future of every single thing in the damn world at the same time, man would go insane. Just like CoO users can't see the actions of everything, they can only predict the paths of things they are focused in on.

Not only that, it's illogical to think that he would be able to do so in the first place, it's too broken to be a One Piece ability without a DF.
