no the half minato sealed first was taken with the death god via RDS. the other half was sealed using a different seal. an Eight trigrams seal sealed the other half into naruto making him a jinchuriki. minato didnt make himself the jinchuriki with RDS. why would that be the purpose if you would die after

Wait, are you telling me if Naruto was maybe sealed in Kohaku no Jōhei while Kurama is inside of him, and then he was released from it, will the nine tails roam free now?

You're only considered a Jinchuuriki if you are the host of the actual bijuu, not just it's chakra.
