The whole bite argument is hardly a valid one since sasuke has been exposed to more of Orochimaru's chakra (by absorbing him) and his Senjutsu (via curse seal) and been exposed to far more of the sages chakra than karins. So if it was only due to karin's chakra, Sarada should look and be far closes to Orochmaru than Karin.

Unless sasuke has been sucking on her chakra every single day for years and years (just for the lols) the amount of chakra he drained from karin wouldn't of changed his gentic make up enough to give a definitive match on a DNA test.
