Simple strategies can be made up around one's gender alone.

Ex: If the taget is female send an attractive male to distract the target, vice versa.

Naruto can differentiate People's chakra, he sensed kakashi was dead when pain invaded. Regardless of gender, karin cannot specify people she doesn't know, no sensor can. Gender sensing is useless.

Suppressing chakra is not a sensing skill stop grasping straws, it was never listed as a sensing skill in the manga or DB. It has nothing to do with it, all skilled ninja can suppress their chakra karin is only exceptional at it.

Karin's sense is not more detailed, naruto has better range and she can give color those cancel each other out. Naruto can navigate in darkness while karin can't his sensing is more detailed

She cannot feel emotions, she can only tell whether a person is good or bad. She can't tell if a good guy is in a foul mood or if a bad guy is in a good mood. The temperature you speak of links to her ability to detect alignment i.e. good or bad.

Naruto's sensing is superior

Saying Karin is a better sensor than pre-Rikodou Naruto is like saying Sharingan is a better dojutsu than the Byakugan. Whereas the fact is that none of the two dojutsus is superior to the other, they just have their own pluses and minuses in different departments that the other dojutsu doesn't have. She is'nt hyped for sensory at all. I'm pretty sure there are better sensors than her around. Her skills may be quite common. I dont see reason to talk about it.
