Karin has The Best Sensing in the Manga (Non Rikudou)

KCM and SM Naruto were chums. Nothing special about their sensing. It's tracking type sensing, displayed by Samehada as well. Karin on the other hand pinpoints chakra, can differenciate moods, can tell Kage-Bunshins apart, can tell if someone is lying or not, different chakra types, locaton, animals or human type chakra, volume disparities, chakra build-up (SM and KCM have zero feat for this and the ones before), tracking (the only one SM Naruto has shown) etc. The list is a damned long one.

Without the gift wrapped RSM, Karin is untouchable in the manga.
