After escaping from the jail, Karin noticed Sasuke's chakra in the village and couldn't believe that it would be him.

The last time she saw him was during Danzo's death/the run in with Kakashi, Naruto, and Sakura.

He asked for Itachi's eyes after this confrontation realizing he'd need them to defeat Naruto.

Just a guess, but I'd say there is probably a difference in his chakra after ascending to EMS.

Trying to bash on the slick? He didn't need them he wanted them so he wouldn't be fking blind for the rest of his life. He also wanted them so he could be at full power.

Was his chakra ever 'pure' to begin with?

When I first came across that myself I took it to mean his chakra was less cold and oppressive, not so consumed by insanity/madness/genocidal thoughts - perhaps his signature has altered due to taking on Itachi's eyes, didn't he say something about he could 'feel' Itachi's 'power'... so, maybe she picks up on that too.

Dunno - I'm hoping she becomes fodder and snuffs it, but with a name like Uzumaki I feel like there's more to her story... sadly.

Oh yeah, she'd love it. Not keen to see her bliss-out by healing Gaara though, the weirdo.

Doubt A would bite her... or Mei either. And Tsunade would just take one of her own amputated limbs and smack her to death with it. Hopefully.
