The first one, I myself have never used so I may be wrong on the specifics of it, so keep that in mind.

Description: User will concentrate on his wind chakra and then send it into the sky. Originally Gaara's technique, different characters will need to perform handseals in order to imbue their chakra in the air. In conjuction with the wind primarly sent to the sky, a huge spiraling sphere of wind is created than is strong enough to do major damage to even a Summoning like Gamabunta.
To do this, first you need to make a few handseals.

Now that you know the handseals, you mold your wind chakra and send it into the sky around you. Then, using the chakra you just sent into the air, you form a large blast of wind that is repelled at a target and can do damage at a target as big as Gamabunta. O_O

*repeates the handseals, i begin to mold my chakra into the air around me then i imagion a ball being shot out of a tornado(this part about the tornado is just imagionational tool to focus more), creating a large wind blast, then focus on condensing it into a solid blast. i then release it at ur clone again destroying it* *poof*

*make the handseal, take a deep breath, while inhaleing mixing my wind chakra into the breath, as i begin to exhale i imagion several demon wind shurinken flying from my mouth while exhaling, with each shuriken i tilt my head from one side to the other causeing them to differ in angle and size lil by lil*

*copies the handseals again, While focuesing wind chakra into my hands, i then mold them to be the size of Superman's daily planet sphere on top of the newspaper building, i launch the ball in my right hand first then the ball in my left hands right behind one another at the building*

To create it, you first create the Rasengan. Then, since Naruto was the only one with such bad charka control he needed clones to make it, you focus wind chakra into it, creating a shuriken shaped rasengan.

Now remember that when you use that jutsu, it also harms you, injuring you on the microscopic level. It basically makes it impossible to use that arm afterwards so it should be used as a last resort jutsu.
