No. St techniques(ftg) counter close range warping(1 aspect of kamui) but that's all it counters.
Good timing and(by the grace of god) getting a clone in kamui land counters intangibility. But that's all it counters.
Breaking line of sight counterz long range kamui but that's all it counters.
No single tech counters all 3.
Only counter for kamui is instant teleportation with high reactions
Speed and shunshins aren't counters ,let's start with that long range kamui's appearing(not the warping)on the target is instant just like minato's appearing with ftg ,so evading kamui's appearing is impossible ,you cant evade instant ,it is like saying madara can evade sasuke/minato's appearing instantly in front of him ,that is impossible ,he may can evade their movements after they appear but not the appearing itself
Once kamui barrier appears on the target ,the only way to get out from this barrier is instant teleportation with great reactions ,but those with super foot speed can't get out from kamui's barrier due to the great force which attracts them to the centre of the barrier ,this great force would immobilize their movements ,they won't be able to use their super shunshin just like naruto couldn't move at kaguya's gravity dimension due to the gravity which attracts him to the ground

kamui is not instant, so get that wank out of there.
OT. add sasuke to that list, he has the speed and reactions to escape it with his own s/t which is instant.
