what would happen if dms obito with NO RIKUDOU CHAKRA tossed some kamui shuriken and itachi blocked it with yata mirror?

would it teleport whatever is in that area, or would the yata mirrior negate it so it cant make its vortex affect to warp it?

No he wouldn't, with Rikudou chakra he had Susanoo because his eye power was on a similar level to Indra's, without it his Yin chakra wouldn't be strong enough to create an avatar. And Senju cells only enhance his body they don't increase his eye power.
