Kamui's way to OP, I'm sure that Kishimoto would make some counter if he went up against Madara or Hashirama.

I can think of three counters against Kamui, but no more:
1) Tobi's s/t jutsu
2) Clones
3) Somehow not allowing Kakashi to see you

Hashirama's counter would probably be creating a dense forest in which he could hide from Kakashi's eyes and attacking him with Mokuton from all directions. Using clones would also help.
Madara could probably do this as well, but not as effectively as Hashirama.

I don't think anything other would work, though.

Kamui can be absorbed by Preta.

could you absorb tobi when hes intangible? no. theres nothing TO absorb except yourself via his kamui

EVEN IF Kakashi uses Kamui quickly Hashi will still have time to create wood to protect him. Madara was able to create a forest in an INSTANT

he was an eod tensei with both senju and uchiha power. his speed doesnt speak for hashirama's. we saw hashiramas mokuton speed vs hiruzen. it sucked.
