Now I know this can't have a definitive answer as we've never seen anything on the topic but I just wanted to gather a basic consensus from readers.

Does time in Kamui dimension occur the same as the real world. We know Kakashi Came back into the war farther down the timeline then he went in so 1 minute in Kamui = 1 minute in real world, but what I am wondering is the age progression and time lapse on the physical body in Kamui. If say Obito went into Kamui dimension or put someone like he did with Sasuke there, and they stayed there for 15 years, 15 years would have passed in the real world as evidenced by the interaction with Kakashi but would the inhabitant of the Kamui dimension remain the same age as they were when they entered upon exiting? Would they suddenly age the 15 years? Or would they age at a regular pace while within Kamui?

If my thought process is unclear I'll try to clarify: If 25 year old Obito went into Kamui and remained there without exiting for 10 years would he age while in there or would he still be 25 when he exited ten years later?

Again I know there can be no actual answer I'm just curious what the majority of readers think on the matter.

I would say that time Kamui-Rules are the same as the real world.
If 15 year old Obito went in Kamui, and came out 5 years later, he would be 20.

Kamui is technically another dimension, so I see no reason why normal time would not apply. 10 years would still be 10 years.

I do not think it is like Itachi's Tsukuyomi, where everything is controlled by the user.
That is a very powerful genjutsu, controlled entirely by the user.

Kamui is always referred to as "another dimension". It is never stated that is is something that Obito created, and can control.

Time and space are affected in Kamui. When Tobi comfronted the Konoha ninjas Zetsu showed up to tell Tobi that Sasuke had defeated Itachi. Tobi warped away. In a blink he was at the site. Zetsu's Mayfly was much slower to get there and that is known for it's speed.

Tobi achieved similar feats warping to Minato's location when Minato used FTG
