Kami Tenchi IS omnipotent.

This was never stated in the tenchiverse, nor confirmed by the author. It is an assumption made by fans. Same goes for TOAA. He is nigh omnipotent, but not a true omnipotent. Living Tribunal believes him to be omnipotent, but, as far as I know, it's never confirmed by the writers.

A true omnipotent would exist in our universe too, and The Presence, The One Above All and Kami Tenchi clearly don't.

ToAA is the writer.

Is it a fact? It was never stated anywhere.

I don't see how toon force gets over omnipresence in every speckle of existence though, it is a very powerful force but that is a feat it has not shown.

Toonforce can be argued to be above fictional omnipotence, as it can literally do anything, whereas fictional omnipotence is usually restricted by the writer.

I'm personally agnostic, not gonna say anything about IRL but for someone to be a confirmed fictional omnipotent is the following

-Infinite Power, cosmic being
-Above all others in your verse. ALL others. A verse cannot have 2 omnis.
-Omnipresence, omniscience. (Somewhat optional but you aren't really a true omni if you don't have these)
-Created the verse and or was always there

I guess you could say TOAA is omnipotent in his verse, but still not a true omnipotent.

Bugs Bunny could step into our universe and simply erase TOAA from existence. If you think TOAA is Stan Lee, then Bugs Bunny would simply have to kill Stan Lee.

-Break the fourth wall (M.O.M. talks about the readers, the presence says there is an external force which is the writers, TOAA is based off of stan lee)

You're doing it again. You're presenting your own assumption as fact.

As for TOAA looking like Stan Lee, I don't see it. I just looked at more than a hundred of his pictures and simply don't see the resemblance.

Anyway, even if his design was based on Stan Lee, he isn't Stan Lee. He's a character who resembles Stan Lee and exists only inside the Marvel universe.

The presence said he is infinite, and external, but there are forces even external than himself. External itself is breaking the rule. He also describes the force as external. yet he's the mighty power of the verse. It's clear that he is talking about the writers.

Omnipotents are not binded by anything. If you're binded by the writer and you don't have as much power as the author/aren't the author, you're nigh omni, simple as that.

Kami Tenchi is omnipotent, not Tenchi Masaki embodying the deity but rather the deity himself.

The One Above All is literally what the name states. He's above all in the marvel omniverse. The Living Tribunal was called the verses omnipotent until TOAA showed up, because TOAA's omni features apply so much that he doesn't exist, same with kami tenchi.

Kami Tenchi beat Counter Actor who is nigh-omni and was ****ing up the D's chousin and several multiverses and dimensions... he touched her yet she was effectively omnipresent in all of creation. He took her powers away. How is that not only omni, but how is that not breaking the fourth wall? He literally did what the writer could do.

Stan Lee is dead iirc, don't keep up with writers

Even so all Omnipotents have Type 5 immortality, all of creation, an omniversal big crunch can happen and they would still reappear, just like bugs with the toon force. This is basically a draw, however via logic an omnipotent can take bugs' toon force away or give theirself toon force that exceeds bugs'.
