Many've a misinterpretation that earth grudge fear's a technique which's tied to Kakuzu's energy levels but I'm here to rip that misconception into pieces.

He broke out of the cell where he was locked in. How? With Iron Spear obviously. He already had this technique. It's the same technique he used to break the Temple's Sealing Pillars infused with Sage's Chakra and it's Steel Gates.

It's a Sealing Jutsu in the description, it works like a pass word which only opens when the former's typed in the gates.

Kakuzu's spear hardness broke that shit like nothing. Iron spear can bypass Sealing Jutsus. In the first scan we also see he lost against a secret wood art technique of Hashirama. The only secret technique of Hashirama is Emergency Forest and Kakuzu confirmed lost against it. Kakuzu was suppressed, not beaten to submission as proof of Iron Spear's invincibility. Next point, Kakuzu's Iron Spear has a Mind of it's Own. It can move independent of his will. It not only has it's own will but it's own energy, mental + physical.

The energy the emit is so strong and dense that a non-sensor type like Ino could feel it.

Really. Raikiri level attacks are the only one penetrative enough doe. Don't know about Byakugou doe.

It’s not an op jutsu if it has such a glaring flaw, anyone with a piercing raiton jutsu(kakashi, sasuke, 3rd ay) or able to channel raiton(bee, darui,etc) would have no real issues with it, nor do I think Kakuzu has the straight up skill to take any of those mentioned in a 1v1... cept probably darui

Ino wasn't a sensor at that time. Stamina is created into chakra = mental + physical energies. In theory he has limitless stamina. As I've proven the black beings have infinite chakra for some reason and Kakuzu, even after he died, the living beings didn't stop in thier tracks proving Kakuzu is irrelevant in thier existence.
